Jenco has done our roofing work for over 20 years and due to severe and inclement weather they have replaced our roof twice. Each time, they made sure everything was completely up to code and the job was completed with no problems. Their supervisor, David, was always available to explain everything they were doing and kept us abreast of what to expect next. There were no scraps, old shingles, nails or any debris left anywhere, including behind all bushes and under plants. Their crews did everything possible to protect our flower beds and bushes. Jenco showed up, started and completed our roof exactly as promised. Anytime we had questions or supposed issues, they immediately came to the house to inspect and/or explain everything to us. They are great and very easy to work with. Their crews completed our roof exactly as they promised. The quality of their work and their dedication to our complete satisfaction guarantees that we wouldn’t even consider talking to another company.

Jenco Roofing Company is a wonderful company. They were recommended to me by my realtor when I bought a home about a year ago that needed roof repair. Buddy Leake came out and did a detailed estimate as to what was needed and the cost. His charges were very fair and the work was exemplary. Quite a bit of work was needed to repair storm damage and fix some shoddy prior repair. They also installed new gutters. The workers that came were all wonderful, very professional and polite, and they cleaned up all their work when they left. Buddy also offered suggestions about some tree removal/trimming that was needed to protect the roof from future damage. Since then I have had him out for a couple more small items. Buddy is very friendly and professional and checked all the completed work. I recommend Jenco Roofing without reservation.

Let me start by saying this place gets all the referrals from me from now on. Dustin Jameson did absolutely fantastic with making sure everything was handled. He even went out of his way to bring any documents to me when it was most convenient for me. He handled insurance and all the things and in a friendly professional manner. Do yourself a favor and use next generation roofing for all your roofing needs and be sure to ask for Dustin by name, he will get you taken care of.

Next Generation did an amazing job on my new roof and gutters. Drew was an excellent contact person throughout the process. Drew was knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to my questions. On the two days of construction, Miguel was an awesome supervisor. On a very hot day in August, the guys worked so hard. And, they cleaned up as they went, so there was never a huge mess. Aldo was another valuable resource. Aldo made sure all the final details/concerns were addressed. The interaction between Next Generation and my insurance company was smooth and without issues. Had a great experience working with Dustin from Next Generation Roofing. The roof looks amazing, they are very easy to work with. Had absolutely no issues when contacting him, he always responded. Very patient, we had issues with our insurance company that they had no problem being there every time a new adjuster came out. Once that was cleared up the process was seamless. We had such a great experience with Next Generation Roofing. (See before and after pics.) We worked with Chris P. and he made the whole process very easy with our insurance and all the steps in replacing our roof. He also went above and beyond to arrange for fresh paint and larger gutters. The installation was so efficient that the gutters were removed the day before the roof install started. Then the painters were already prepping while the roofers were finishing. Ours gutters were up right after the paint dried. We are truly amazed by the whole experience. We would absolutely recommend Next Generation roofing.

I had a small leak and noticed the problem on a bedroom ceiling. It was a Sunday and as I went into the attic, the floor was wet. On Monday 02/02/26 I notified Next Generation of the problem and 2 service members came out on the same day. That’s when I met Aldo & Brian. They determined the problem was coming from a vent ridge.On Wednesday 02/04/26 the entire vent ridge was replaced with no cost. My warranty was still being honored. Aldo, Brian and the crew fixed the problem in a couple of hours. They all were quite professional, had a great attitudes and cared for my needs.

Next Gen Roofing was easy to work with. They had my old roof off and new one on in a day. My new roof color is great, they worked well with my insurance too. I would recommend!

This was my first time having to use homeowners insurance. Boy did I have a lot of questions just on the whole process. They were very patient and explain every step to me without hesitation. Sometimes it’s a long process but when I tell you it’s worth it at the end. It very much so is. My roof is beautiful. I get compliments almost daily. There was no stress in any part of the process. Do I wanna go through this again. Absolutely not. If I had to I would pick these guys again in a heart beat. Thanks again for your honest work and patience’s with me!

We had major issues with our insurance company while trying to get our claim covered on our roof. Chris Parker from Next Generation became our advocate with the insurance company and went to bat for us in a way I've never seen before. He is a true professional and always respectful.
The roof was replaced in 1 day, which is amazing considering the size of the job. There were 10-12 men on site to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up our property completely afterwards, being careful to remove all stray nails.
And the roof looks beautiful!! Chris even helped us to pick a new color that would enhance the curb appeal. (See photos, new roof is the darker color.)
Next Generation has done several other roofs in our neighborhood. They all look amazing, and everyone is very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company. We have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation. (And we're very particular about everything.)

He kept me informed throughout the day and reviewed and completed a checklist of all the work that was performed during the project (all the way to clean up)!!
