We recently had our roof replaced by Next Generation Roofing and without a doubt it was the best experience we ever had with a roofing company. Christopher Groves did an outstanding job walking us through our current roof, options we have and how the Next Generation Roofing process works. Christopher never made us feel pressured or like he was trying to sell us on a new roof, instead he educated us about roofs and roofing products. We truly felt Christopher wanted to make sure we made a well-informed decision that was best for us. We decided to move forward and replace our roof.

Next Generation Roofing was with us and kept us up to speed the entire way, from the initial insurance claim to the adjuster review, material delivery and roof build. When the teardown and build started, Aldo Rodriguez was our on-site contact. The Next Generation Roofing experience we had with Christopher continued under Aldo’s leadership. Aldo made sure we were aware of each step of the process, how long each step should take and always made himself available to us. Aldo was a consummate professional, ensuring the roofing crew worked safely, efficiently, kept the worksite clean and watched after his team to make sure they were not affected by the Oklahoma heat.

Even after the roof was complete the Next Generation roofing team did not abandon us as they made sure we were satisfied and everything was perfect. We had contact with so many different Next Generation employees, and all of them were positive and customer centric. You can tell that this company cares about their customers and their employees.

The paint job was incredible, the contractors worked overtime and made the necessary corrections to keep us happy with the job. Our roof and paint was far better than we imagined. The only think we wish was better was communication between the contractors and the lead however the job was covered efficiently and quick to our liking.

I've got to give Next Generation Roofing 5 stars because they were able to get our claim paid after the insurance carrier had denied us twice before with another roofer. Their guys came out and completed the job in a single day, including replacing wind turbines, exhaust pipe and painting other rooftop metal. They were great to work with, too, from inspection to completion. I would highly recommend this company. This review asks how much we paid... well it was all paid by the insurance carrier.

My experience with Dru and Devan was great. They were courteous, competent and prompt. Our roof looks great. It was a pleasant experience!

well, I can say a lot about this experience in the beginning it was terrible. Once Jonathan was assigned to the job and managing it things started to turnaround ended up that he was able to get not only roof and re deck done but also interior work gutter work, and some paint work all of which he fought too and nail to get from the insurance company. if I had one suggestion to anybody with next generation roofing, you absolutely should contact Jonathan Whitton as he will make things right for you as best as best he could. He was able to turn this process into a positive one when it was looking very bleak in the beginning. Thank you, Jonathan for all you’ve done. It was a pleasure working with you and I will definitely contact you for any work in the future.

The best customer service I’ve had. Reps Ryan and Leonard came out, did an inspection and worked with my insurance on getting a claim filed the same day I contacted them. The new roof was installed not too long after and finished in one day. It is exactly what I wanted with the best quality and the cleanup was spotless when they were done. I highly recommend this company if you want the best communication and quality of work.

I would recommend Next Generation Roofing to everyone. They are very easy to work with and do a fantastic job. The project manager is on site at all times to watch over the work being done and to answer any questions you might have. I love my roof.

Next Generation Roofing has been fantastic to work with! Jonathan and Christopher made choosing the right shingles and gutter colors for us easy! Their team came out and put on new decking and new shingles in the same day. NGR worked side by side with our insurance adjuster to help us get the most from our claim. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone needing a new roof or gutters!!

I originally gave them a 5 star rating. But after having a problem, I can't get them to resolve the problem. The problem is the gutters are not draining and over flowing between the gutter and the house. I called them 4 or 5 times and they never returned my calls. I then went to there office and had a gutter person contact me and that I would have to pay for the correction. Very unsatisfied with Next Generation Roofing.

Next Generation is a good reliable company. They worked with our insurance company to ensure out out of pocket expenses were held to a minimum. They were very efficient in getting our roof on and did an excellent job. Great communication. Joshua was always just a text away in getting all our questions answered and Ted remained at the job site to make sure the job was completed in a quality manner. Overall impressed with this company.

Next Generation Roofing did a very professional job on our roof replacement. From the start to finish Andre and the installers were very courteous to our wants and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Next Generation for any of your roofing needs.

We were impressed when bright and early the on the morning after the materials were delivered, the crew showed up and completed the entire job in one day. Removing the old shingles, laying down the required OSB decking, the new shingles and roof ridge vents, and everything associated with a new roof. Really like not having the wind turbin's anymore.

He and his team navigated our insurance denial and attended the re-inspection, leading to our insurance agreeing to cover the roof replacement in full! He was very communicative throughout the process, and the replacement itself was quick and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!
