Very happy with our Next Generation experience!

Dustin worked brilliantly with our insurance to get us the best deal he could, and Aldo made sure the roof and gutters were done correctly the first time.

The team undid mistakes made by previous roof install teams, and repaired two significant holes in the wood itself. Even though the roof is quite large they got everything installed in one day.

Good communication, good value, good results. We are very happy with the service we received from Next Generation!

Next generations was great to work with. They had excellent Communication, finished the roof in a timely manner, did a great job protecting our windows and gardens. Cleaning job was great too! They also encouraged us to call our insurance to let them know we installed a new roof and that saved us some major $$$$ on our premium!! Drunwas amazing!

Highly recommend Brad at Next Generation Roofing. What typically can be a challenge dealing with your insurance Brad made the process stress free. His team was fast and professional and we appreciated the quality review after the Roof, attic vents and guttering was complete. Brad helped with the choosing of the color of our roof, attic vents and the new guttering that was installed. Once completed we absolutely LOVED the color. We were amazed of how thorough the clean up was afterward. Our experience was absolutely perfect with Brad and every member of his team. 5 STARS without a doubt!

Next Generation did a great job on our roof replacement. They worked hard to advocate for us with our insurance company and made sure we got everything we were entitled to from the insurer. We had very good experience with Next Generation roofing. Dustin was our salesman, and was very cordial and easy to deal with. He stopped around often to check and make sure it was going well. The people involved with the roofing were very efficient and wasted no time getting the roof done.would recommend Next Generation to anyone. Dustin is definitely an individual you can deal with. As far as our experience it was one of the best. They even did the gutters. We only dealt with the main office one time and they were very cordial and helpful. Thanks to all, a great company.

Our salesman Brad L. did a great job at keeping us updated through the entire process. Our roof was off, and replaced within 8 hrs, and you would have never known the crew was there. They left our property better than when they showed up!! We absolutely love our roof, and would highly recommend them!! I would give 10 stars if that were an option!!!

The entire roof replacement process was handled in a timely and professional manner with NextGeneration Roofing. We had a lot of roofing companies come through the neighborhood after a hail storm. One company took a quick look and said not enough damage but multiple roofs were being replaced around us so NextGeneration Roofing was selected to provide a second opinion. They did a thorough inspection and found damage. They worked closely with myself and the insurance to not only replace the roof but to improve it by adding a drip edge and upgrade the shingles to a class 4. They also sheathed the entire roof with plywood and an ice and water barrier. We now have a far superior roof thanks to their effort. The roof work was scheduled and executed in an exemplary manner. A large crew arrived at daylight and worked hard until dusk to complete the work. They did an excellent job protecting shrubs, windows, and our pool. Special shout out to Brian and the entire work crew. Andre Runnels was my primary point of contact and was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and followed through on all agreements and actions. Also enjoyed working with David Olson (Project Manager), Devan Quinton (Customer Service Representative), and Connor Marsh (Adjuster Relationship Specialist).

There is only one thing that I ask for when hiring a company, and that is for honesty and good communication, and M&R did exactly that!
