My first call was 10:30pm on a Sunday!
Not an emergency and a technician (Ryan) was at my home at 8:30am the next day! He quickly took care of the original problem and performed an inspection of the main electrical panel where several potentially dangerous problems were found. Ryan and I discussed several possible solutions and I decided on one that would render the situation much safer. Ryan was very informative and explained every step. Was very satisfied with the results and experience.

Colby was very professional and very helpful. We are very pleased with his excellent work and attitude.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding Electrician and his Apprentice from Mr. Electric, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. From the moment they arrived, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise that set my mind at ease.

We had been experiencing some issues with our wiring, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their thoroughness in identifying the issue showed their deep knowledge and experience.

Additionally, they installed an entire home breaker surge protector for both our breaker panel and HVAC condenser. This was something I had been wanting to do for a while, and they executed the job with precision and care. They took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly, and they even cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area spotless.

What really stood out to me was their teamwork and communication. The Electrician clearly mentored the Apprentice, explaining each step of the process while ensuring the work was done to the highest standard. It was clear that they both take great pride in their work.

My tech was Bryson who came out to run a below ground wire to a yard lamp we had installed. Bryson was very professional from head to toe. Shirt tucked in, clean cut, very well spoken and polite. Communication was excellent and thorough. The work was performed very efficiently and all the mess was cleaned up. The yard appeared very little disturbed and great care was taken to that end by Bryson.

He represented Mr Electric very well and left a desire to do business with them again.

What a disappointment. I was looking for an electrician to add a circuit breaker for a garage heater and found Mr. Electric via a Google search. I read a lot of great reviews and thought I'd get a quote.
After submitting my request I received this response from someone with Mr. Electric in the 405 area code, "At the moment, we were unable to determine the service location for the 73012 area. Someone from the national office will reach out to you soon to assist with your request. If you have any other questions in the meantime, let me know!"
I am astounded that someone with an OKC area code needed to refer me to a national office to determine my service location. While texting with this individual, someone with Mr. Electric from Norman, OK called my phone, he had no idea about the back and forth text messaging or who I was texting with. If this is how Mr. Electric operates, why would anyone want to use this service. I want to have confidence in the company performing work, but Mr. Electric does not seem to know the left hand from the right hand.
