Bryson and Dustin do a fantastic job! I have been using this company Mr. electric since June this year. They grounded the natural gas amd water, have replaced my electrical panel, put in a surge protector, given me a generator outlet, generator cord to go with it, told me about my generator, replaced all of my switches and outlets, Put in puck lights, rewired and installed new patio lights, I will continue to use these guys for anything that I need!

So here's the deal. Bought 7 under cabinet lights for a job. Paid my electrician to go out and install them. Upon installation, only 6 lights work. Not a problem, got the light back from my electrician and returned the light to hunzicker's. They apologized and offered to rush a new order on the replacement light.

I asked if they were going to compensate me for the light not working. I explained that it wasn't my fault the light didn't work, nor my electrician and I'm going to have to pay my electrician to go back out and install it. The clerk said they'd credit my account which I explained I paid with a check. She said "oh, well... there's nothing we can do then." I then said "that makes no sense?" What's the difference in giving me a credit on an account or a refund? She said she'd have to get with her manager and call me.

Well, she called me and I'm getting a whopping $10. As a person who is also in customer service, I would think hunzicker would try to take care of their customers rather than insult them with a $10 refund.

Hunzicker Brothers has supplied most of the electrical products for my new house. I find the product to be high quality at a reasonable price. The counter sales employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend using Hunzicker Brothers for any of your electrical and lighting needs.

Amazing place super helpful I called up with questions about an AC unit and trying to find a Fuse for the Disconnect and I was having such Trouble finding them at any home depot Lowe's Ace Hardware store and it was suggested this place by Ace Hardware store employee. They had exactly what I needed in stock had it prepared for me before I even got to the store and it was half the price that it is at any other store may not be the same for all their parts but I was sure grateful. And you don't need a contractor license to buy from them maybe for certain parts or huge industrial things but not for general stuff and they have a lot of normal everyday things that handyman or those doing their own repairs could really find useful.

Luis was amazing for us! He does great work for my business when we need work done and he has done some work at my house wiring my pool up and changing out a whole panel in my front yard. Thank you guys!!!
