I called and setup an appointment through Jason in the office he was very courteous and even told me who to call in case I didn't need to have an electrician come out. I ended up needing them and Leo the tech called me to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and was very friendly. They took care of my issue. I highly recommend them.

I called Libra to come out and look at my stove and no one showed up. I called to see if there was a hold up and was told to leave a message. I waited until the end of the day for a returned call and never got one. I do not know if their prices are fair or their work is good because I refuse to chase a company to give them my money.

Had Libra Electric give us a quote for commercial service. Worked with Craig Talmadge. Kept saying he would come out and he no showed several times. Finally showed a few days later and gave us a quote and said he would have someone come the next day to do some pre-work. No showed. I waited a couple of days and called back. He apoligized and said he would have someone out the next day. No Showed. Waited a couple of more days to call back. He stopped answering his phone and wouldn't return our calls. Finally hired someone else. Put us in an exspensive bind because we had a deadline to have equipment installed and I trusted this company to do what they said.

I've had to call them about three different times over the past 10 years with various electrical issues.
They have always been quick to respond and send somebody out, even if it was after hours. Every one of their employees that I have interacted with have been professional and friendly.
The prices have always been fare.
I highly recommend them.

Lord someone needs to get this super aggressive dude off the road. Not a good way to represent a company.

I use this company to do most, if not all, of our electrical work at Bass Pro. I have had emergency issues and they beat me to the store on a Sunday. Craig and his crew have always done their best to satisfy us.
