Kelly Williams added 4 new can lights with retro fit LED kits in our bedroom because it didn't have enough light in there. H set them up to where the two over our bed can be remotely operated. He also had stalled 2 can lights with retro LED kits in the bathroom. This added a tremendous amount of light to our bedroom and bath. He also added 2 retro can lights with LED kits on our front porch and 2 on the back patio, giving both areas much needed extra lighting.
Kelly was very professional, on time and clean. I highly ecommend him and Alliance Electric.

Several of AES’ electricians, along with Roger the owner, have visited my house to provide services. There’s not a bad one in the lot. I am very satisfied, so far, with the level of service I have received! I would, without hesitation, recommend AES to a family member or friend.

They never called or came for my fall schedule. Still under contract. Called them 2 weeks ago and they said the person who was going to do the service had covid. Understand that. They promised that they would call and reschedule, but still no call. I will be canceling my contract and getting my refund back. Horrible customer service.

Hunter arrived quickly once I contacted Alliance Electric Services and expressed that an electrical problem, that was scheduled to have addressed later in the week, had developed into an emergency situation which could have possibly caused a fire.
Hunter located the problem quickly and resolved it in an efficient and professional manner.
I believe I've found my new electrician and service company.

This company was very responsive, friendly, and prompt. The technician was personable and professional and obviously knew his business. We needed some work done fairly urgently during the holidays, and they were the only company willing and available to respond.

Highly recommend, I called a nice lovely lady answered, explained my issues she answered my questions was able to get me in the same day!!! Followed up by Roger he came out had me back up and operating my equipment, he was very informative and answered my questions and concerns. A company worth saving in my contacts!!!

It required two Trips on two consecutive days, I thought it might before I even called. Both technicians were clean, respectful, and professional. They did a good job quickly. I appreciate the effort and I will keep the company contact info for future work.

I felt it was deceptive advertising and reviews for the following reasons. When I called, I was told $ 69.00 for the first part of call, 1 hr. If it did not require parts, minor repair, etc. (I was calling to add an outlet).

I had already pulled the wire (mine), provided the box, the outlet (I installed), they just needed to junction it into an existing box in the attic (it took around 10 minutes, maybe 15). They then looked up the rate in the book (not what I was told on the phone) and it was in excess of $ 240, we had a strong discussion, and it was changed to $ 174, I paid it - choosing to never work with them again. Then I keep getting invoiced for the $ 174 (my copy shows I paid). Their own invoice does not have a number to call them back at, and no invoice number. Finally almost a year later I find them via Google (here we are), and they seem upset with me for not paying, not calling, and not having invoice number. Hmmm. Oh and the person who did other good reviews is the same person (same name and on Linked-in shows to work there) who answers the phone there. So in summary, ok with the work, but the pricing, and office practice and self reviews leave a lot to be desired.

I just worked with Kelly and AJ at Alliance to do a lot of upgrades to my house. They were professional, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them should you need electrical work done.

Sergio and his associate A.J. arrived on time today as it has been promised when I called for service. They were very friendly, they knew what they were doing and very professional as their behavior and also the job they have done in my place. They have finished the job in a timely manner, with an efficiency, clean and affordable. They also do answer every question you have with a great patience and explain what's right and what's proper for the purpose of your service needs. Sergio and A.J. definitely are the technicians to go for any kind of electrical services thru OurElectrician(Alliance Electric Services). I know who to call next time when I need an electrical services for sure! I needed an outdoor light replaced, contacted Alliance & Hunter came out & was very nice & prompt & able to get the job done quickly. It's so good to have a company that is reliable, on time & economical, I will use them again.

Installed my Tesla charger competently and quickly. Went out of their way to complete other minor work. Cleaned my AC compressor as a complimentary service. Overall pleased with their work!

Great service and not overly expensive. Used this company to move an electrical wire that was in the way of a through-wall AC unit installation. They were on time and very professional and went above and beyond even cut the extra panels on the side of my house to help me fit the unit in. I would use them in the future.

Hunter that came out to do the estimate was amazing. He listened to all the problems we had and told us the solutions in layman's terms. I felt confident proceeding in the repair knowing everything that was going to happen, even though so much had to be done. His estimate was correct to the cent, the only thing that was wrong was the time frame the work would take. It didn't take nearly as long as he estimated!!! Hunter is extremely friendly and courteous, I will for sure be calling Alliance Electric for ANYTHING electrical I need and referring them to my friends and family!!!

My experience with Alliance is a good case study in being frustrated with a process without actually talking to anyone about the process.
I had power out during a storm and called them for a service call. The lady answering was nice and made some suggestions on things to check that didn't fix the issue. An emergency service call was setup(This was on the weekend) and the problem was found to be a simple tripped breaker.
The service call was very short (between 5 to 10 minutes) and I felt frustrated with the simple solution and short call. After talking to them on Monday I felt better. They seemed genuinely concerned about my bad experience.
It was apparent with me they do care about their customers’ experience. I would recommend them based off that alone.

This company may be the best that I've ever worked with in any field. Our house is a Frankenstein of bad electrical work and old systems. Alliance has repeatedly come out to help us, and I can't give their customer service enough praise. They don't leave the house until everything is working. They gave me a price estimate up front before doing the work and walk me through exactly what they are doing and their thought process. I even had a technician work me into their full schedule to come fix a problem and said "It's a personal pride thing for me to make sure your system is up and running. I know you've had other companies come out to look at it and I want to be the one to get it working." From the first phone call to getting the final receipt, every person I've talked to has been friendly, polite, and had a smile on their face. I would recommend them to anyone having Heat/AC/Electrical related issues.

I called the office on a Monday morning to ask about having some electrical work and HVAC work done on our kitchen we're remodeling. Three service professionals came out an hour later (Kelly and Sergio for electrical, and Saul for HVAC.) They gave me an estimate, and got to work immoderately! They were able to finish half the job on Monday before having to go to another service call they were scheduled for, and returned first thing Tuesday morning to finish it. The final cost was exactly what they had quoted me originally. All three of them were friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone!

Roger was thorough in trying to diagnose why our AC kept turning off. It was not an electrical issue, as the AC company thought it was, but he was not certain what it was (possibly motherboard) on Trane AC but said he couldn’t get parts. He called us back over the weekend with 1 additional option to try which was checking to see if the condensation drainage pipe was plugged up and once we cleaned it out it began working immediately and has not quit.

Beware! I called Alliance Expert Services and requested a bid to run an electrical circuit for a hot tub (small job) -- they missed an appointment and then charged $59 to provide an estimate. See below for details.

I spoke with the staff 3 times to get the appointment. The first time, the technician never showed. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes into a 2 hour time block, I called the company. They didn't enter the appointment into their "system." After rescheduling, they called because they failed to write down the house number. During the rescheduled appointment, the technicians were friendly. They provided the requested estimate in approximately 15 minutes, then requested a $59 payment for the estimate! Although it would be deducted from the price of work performed, the fee was not mentioned during any of the 3 earlier phone calls, the text message confirming the re-booked appointment, the HouseCallApp confirmation (which shows $0.00 charge), or anywhere on the Alliance website.

When I called the company to discuss the fee, they apologized and said that not mentioning the fee was an oversight. It was their way of covering costs. As a point of reference, none of the other two electrical contractors that have provided estimates charged any fees for the estimates they provided.
