Performance Electric did fine work but billed for 5 hours at $110/hour for 3 hours of work and the secretary was extremely rude. Two young guys arrived at 9:30 a.m. and sat around for 30 minutes calling daddy and waiting to hear back from him to see if they could even do the job or not. When I questioned the 5 hours, they said they bill for drive time. Do you get paid to drive to work at $110/hour? Neither do I, nor do I live in the Boonies. I'm 15 minutes from almost anywhere in the metro. The next day, the secretary who is the owner's wife called wanting payment. I asked to see the invoice first. Her response, 'we have proof you received it!' I had not signed a certified letter and just checked my mail so I'm unsure what her proof was. I asked if she could email it. When I got to my phone at 9:30 p.m. she had left 3 messages demanding payment, remind you- the next day. When I saw the invoice, the terms were 15 days so I decided to wait it out. On day 5, the secretary called and said she was filing small claims. It was a threat as they didn't file. She was unprofessional and had no customer service skills. I will not use them again. There are plenty other electricians who are honest and care about their customers, not just the money.

Our generator needed help. Performance Electric gave it all the tender love and care it needed. They responded quickly, professionally with great quality service. Highly recommend them.
