Fix the problem I called about, but while doing that did not check the other plugs or check the other parts of the house to see if ceiling fans or outlets were working also. Just concentrated on getting the outlet done that I blew up working on. Said he would come back the next day but I was not home so he told me he would be here Monday around 3:00 or a little after. I waited from 2:30 till around 9:00 this evening and he still no show and no call. I have no power still in my two back bedrooms and no ceiling fan that used to work before he came over. He seemed like good guy but is not a man of his word.

These guys were great! They came in and knocked out a new outlet for me in about 20 mins. It was also about 20 degrees in the garage and no one wants to be working in 20 degree weather. I would recommend and hire them again in a heart beat.

Shane and his workers put in our electrical boxes. They did an exceptional job! They were very polite and the work they did was amazing.

Used advance in 2021 to wire a 4700 foot home. Overall a good job. Now almost in 2023 and we are still not done with small details. Called and arranged several times for them to come wrap up and got no where. Very disappointed. Can't get house finalized with plugs that don't work stubs outs missing etc.. wiring that no one knows how to work with.

Great install and easy to work with. Over 2 years later and detected a gas leak. Ultimately discovered it wasn't related to the generator installation but the team at Advanced Electric were still willing to help even though it wasn't their subcontractor. Excellent customer service.
