We recently hired Akers to install a new Generac for us. They were quick and efficient. Their staff is knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the process, and it is a process. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Very upset and disappointed with this company. I originally gave them a 5 star review years ago but as you can see I've changed my mind on using these guys in the future.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years, servicing both my home and a business complex, and this is how long-term customers are treated.

I was quoted one price, then when the technician arrived there was an unexpected additional charge added on. After speaking with your office, you admitted you never disclosed the $79 “diagnostic fee” on top of the $89 service charge — yet you still refused to work with me or make it right.

What makes it worse is that the technician spent more time waiting for your office to answer the phone than actually doing the work. Once he finally got started, the job took about 10 minutes total.

Between the surprise fees, poor communication, and refusal to resolve your own mistake, I feel completely ripped off. I won’t be using this company again and would caution others to get everything in writing before scheduling.

Didn't have anything i needed according to the sales associate. The young men seemed frustrated i was even asking for there help. They kept telling to have a nice day and I wasn't done shopping, someone told me to go there but overall I was unimpressed.

It has been numerous time that I have came to this location. I do a lot of business with this company. Out of all locations that I go to this one is one of the worst for me. I feel if you have an employee at the counter he should at least ask the customer if he needs some assistance. I stand there for 5 minutes with no assistance. Try to have better customer service please
