TMax installed a Generac generator for us. Electrician was courteous and professional at all times. They also replaced some old panels that were fire hazards. Great people - highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly service from both the the technicians and office staff. They got to my job quickly and helped talk me through the permitting process and kept me informed along the way until the electric company could restore power. They were actually recommended to me by another electrician who was too busy to take my job, and I can see why.

Highly recommend this company. Professional, fast, courtesy and a great value. Tech showed up on time, assessed the job, gave detail of what was required and went straight to work. I called 7 companies total. the first guy that showed up over priced the job by 1700 bucks. TMAX was second that showed up and went right to work. I would use again if electrical work needed.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

I’ve done business with Tmax Electric for more than a decade. What I feel separates them from a lot of contractors , is their willingness to listen to the customer. They always find the best solution to get your projects done efficiently and professionally. And the quality of their workmanship is very evident! They pay attention to detail and personally I think that’s a must when having any work done!

I am very impressed with TMax Electric. They worked me in with short notice. Paul arrived on time and was clean, friendly and professional. He didn't make a mess and the work was done as planned. The price was about half what I expected it to be. I was very impressed with TMax at every step. I'm very happy with my new lighting and would recommend TMax Electric to anyone who needed work done. You won't be disappointed.

Rick Johnston was great!! He worked really fast and got the light sensor I needed fixed done fast. He was supper sweet and kind. They where actually pretty cheap to compared to another company we were going to use.

EXCELLENT. We had a home inspector question some issues that didn't make sense to us or to our real estate agent. We'd never had any problems before and we called Tim, who is a certified contractor, and Zack to come evaluate the whole home's electrical functioning.

Tim came by the same day on his way to another job to take a quick look and then came back the next day with an arc tester to test all of the outlets in the house and at the box. He showed my husband personally how everything was working. He was very helpful, totally honest, and prompt in arriving. My husband said, "I'd recommend him to anybody."

If, by chance, you had hired this company to do some work for you, please be mindful that they could arrive either aggressively early or staggeringly late. Ironically, in either case, the cause might be due to the driver either successfully travelling from Moore toward Edmond through construction zones at ~80-90 mph without a collision, OR nearly causing multiple collisions on I-235 and I-35. To the owner, might I suggest not tailgating at 80 mph in a construction zone, weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour (sans signal, of course)? I sincerely hope your business practices are far better than your driving, which were staggeringly idiotic and irresponsible today.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. After speaking with him the first time, I knew I could trust him and that he cares for his customers. It's nice knowing that I have found an electrician I can trust to work with aging in-laws while living out of state. I would recommend him to anyone in Oklahoma City. Thank You again Terry!

Terry the owner is the rudest person I have ever dealt with he does not know how to talk to people and cuts them off mid sentence I was trying to get a quote but I’ll take my business elsewhere!
