Moved into a new commercial facility and it needed a cleaning. Kelton came next day for a quote and the following day to clean. The team was fast, professional, polite, and skilled. They even removed the sticker residue from the windows from the previous tenant’s business signs. Kelton was honest and clear about what my expectations should be and delivered. I do not recommend Elevated Cleaning Solutions. We have tried to give them opportunities to improve but they have disappointed every time. They ruined bath mats and tried to hide it. The house never smells clean after they've been there. The floors don't get mopped. We paid extra for two loads of laundry but stopped utilizing that service because they fold the clothes inside out. One time we came home and the house smelled terrible, not at all like it smelled that morning when we left. We were very disappointed in the service we received over a 3 month period.
