I used imperial cleaning for a very modest cleaning and they did an amazing job. They were on time and did all that I expected and more so I would definitely recommend for any type of job that you are needing. 10/10

We had Imperial come out clean a banquet hall that we rented for our wedding. They did an amazing job, they were on time, polite and fexible on the weird hours. We will be using them again.

Waste of time working with these people. The only good thing was that answered the phone and had an appointment available. It might be because they don't retain customers so don't have a full schedule. I would avoid them.

Edit:. In response, your appointment setter knew I wouldn't be there and expected to be billed when the shouldn't was made. That was why there was a door code. This is a failure in your processes.

Antwon is very Unprofessional , he talks to you any kind of way , acts like him giving you a job is him doing you a favor and the job he gives you is ONLY done halfway.. Also claims he don't like liars but yet he is one . He lied to me more than three times - oh yeah can someone tell him that even if you don't put in a 2 week notice you still have to pay them you CAN'T keep the check. That's stealing..

Can't really tell how clean carpet is because it is so wet. Dark set spots all over. Kitchen floor wet from machine. Dog hair balls all over. I assumed it would be clean and ready to use after it dried. I'll need to vacuum good when it dries. This is the first time to use a cleaning service, guess I didn't know what to expect.
