Antwon and the staff at Imperial Cleaning Services have been very efficient and provide through, quality cleaning at our 33,000 sq ft facility. Always professional, always on time. Highly recommended.

Had a carpet cleaned with furniture 2 mos. ago : Dermin was on time, did a good job, was friendly and professional, also knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys without a doubt.

This company charged me full price for a half finished job where they obviously didn’t clean what i asked them to clean. They asked me at least 10 times to leave them a review for $10 off so i did and then got home from work and realized how terrible of a job they did. They also stole my broom and I’m not sure what else. Avoid this company completely if you can. If I could leave 0 stars i would, these people are scammers

my carpet was extremely dirty wen I moved in called and scheduled and they came out at my convinience with no hassle did an amazing job and was very happy with the work. I will for sure be a repeat customer.

24 hours after their carpet cleaning service shampooed four rooms in my house and my carpets are still soaked. Enough to saturate a sock. I have fans going now to try to speed up drying and prevent mold growth. Very unhappy with this outcome. I do not recommend them for carpet cleaning and I personally would never use them again

I would give a -5 on stars. Truly I don't know to whom I'd like to worn the most, the customer calling or looking for a quote or the possible
employees. From what I've witnessed the past few months it would be a warning to the public as a whole. If you value your home or business, or hold yourself with morality and proper edicat. Then you'll read all reviews and check with the better business Bureau. There are plenty of other companies that will get a better job done. And if you do choose to use these guys plz think of the employees. You might not have a issue right away, but I can say just wait you will. But if you don't I bet the workers are.

Antwon and his team are the kindest, most hard working individules i have ever met. Their customer service is phenomenal and the work is A+. other cleaning services cannot compete with their prices. i highly recommend this company for any commercial or residential cleaning needs.

The absolute worst business experience my wife and I have had. Hired this company for a simple cleaning of two bedroom carpets. Their machine failed, causing the dirty water to back flow onto the cleaning surface resulting in substantial browning(which we were later informed was soap stains from their cleaning agent) as well as the most foul odor imaginable. We had family coming in the following weekend so we needed this addressed ASAP. We gave them the opportunity to right their wrong even though we were on a short time frame. Unfortunately the damage was done. We had to have both carpets replaced. After speaking with the lead tech and office manager, whom both were in agreement that their machine damaged our carpets, stated it was out of their hands, that we would need to speak with Antwan (owner). I called Antwan 3 times with no return calls. I called Kim the office manager today explaining our frustration with Antwan's lack of professionalism and she said that he told her that "he doesn't have to call us, that is what she is for". At that point I realized what kind of character we were dealing with and began writing this review. Kelton, Kim & Charles...Amy and I thank you for your efforts. I hope that this review serves as a WARNING to any and all future customers of this company. If something goes wrong, the owner will take ZERO accountability in their wrong doing. Hopefully this can help someone else from the headache we have experienced from a simple call to have two bedroom carpets cleaned.

Imperial came and did a great job cleaning our front room, dining room and living room carpets. Angel was very professional and thorough. It went very well and we are pleased with the results. I would recommend them as a very good solution for dirty carpet!

Imperial has serviced our carpets for 3 years now... They do an excellent job every time. Consistent Service at a competitive price.. I recommend you give them a shot before the BIG BOX carpet cleaning companies. They know Customer Service and Expert Carpet Cleaning!

I had carpet cleaning finished yesterday and I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had some staining and a slight odor and it came right up. I have children, pets, and they have friends so I’ll be using Imperials service again due to the fact I know I’m going to need them again. Thanks to the tech that came out and serviced us with professionalism.

I called several places to get my carpet cleaned. They were very affordable and came the same day. I haven't gotten my carpet cleaned in years. I'm extremely happy with the results. Looks new! Would definitely use again and recommend!

I have had the pleasure of renting from Brays investments/Imperial cleaning. They always made sure that the trailer was in the best condition and having someone out to fix any problems. The rent was very reasonable and affordable. If I ever had to rent again I'd definitely rent from them again.

I've had two services done so far. I was amazed at the in depth first cleaning, they were professional and quick. They did a good job with the windows as well, we have odd two paned windows that get stuck but they managed to clean them out way better than I expected. The standard cleaning for the second service was professional and fast and I'm beyond satisfied!

They're angels sent from heaven. I've been looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, trustworthy house cleaning service for MONTHS, so let me save you some time: Sparkle Clean is it. I cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing job they did with the deep cleaning service, as well as the following standard cleaning two weeks later. I will be giving them my new address when I move out of this house.
