KELSEY, KELSEY, KELSEY! Seriously, thrilled. Kelsey does such an amazing job. I think she did even better this time than she did the first time!!!! My husband and I have been going from one cleaner, to the next cleaner, and it is not that we are conceited in anyway or have unreasonable expectations, but just someone who seems to like their job and care because that is what makes all the difference and we so wish we would have reached out to you guys sooner for Kelsey! My husband (being a man, lol) even said last night when we were home from work, 'I can really tell that whoever you've got coming, does a great job because I can see it.'
I know she will just get better and better as she grows to know our home. What a true (and RARE) gem! Thank you guys so much for providing Kelsey to us!

I see that two years ago I left a 5 star review but didn’t explain why.

I have been using HMB this whole time and if I could leave 10 stars, I would! Every clean is great, and they mean it when they say 100% satisfaction.

My most recent clean was last week. Bailey the technician I had went ABOVE and BEYOND. I explained that I was having guests over and needed her help to make it look not just clean but cute. She folded the towels, organized all the toiletries and made the guest area so intentional. It’s been almost a week since the cleaning and I’m still feeling how clean the house is. She was wonderful and I will definitely request her again.

Home Maid Better did a great Job! I have signed up for bi-weekly service. They are prompt and always send a reminder to let you know they are coming. Too many different companies in the past have flaked and have been unresponsive. They clean everything wonderfully every time and I will not use anyone else!!

0 stars I paid for a move in deep clean paid extra for inside of cabinets and the house wasn't even that dirty just needed a good top to bottom dusting sweeping and wipe down,, something I could do myself but being 7 months pregnant figured itd be worth the money to hire "professionals". They made no effort to rectify the situation just wanted pictures so they could "coach their staff and learn from the situation". I've already contacted a customer satisfaction lawyer.

Bailey did an amazing job! We have never had our house cleaned professionally before. She has made our house sparkle more than I ever could! This was a postpartum gift from friends and it was truly the best gift!

Currin was fantastic!! So grateful for her kind and patient heart around my kids! It was great to have the house clean without me doing it!! (This was a postpartum gift and was such a treat to have done!!)

Very responsive and helpful. The two-person crew had an outstanding attention to detail and even left a sweet concert scene with my daughter's stuffies. I have never seen my house in such a clean state!

I am very picky about how clean my house is and Tiffeny from Home Maid Better is amazing! I love the notes she leaves and her work is absolutely top notch!! :)

Update: (Currently about a month later and after reading the owner’s response to this review) I spoke with one of the owners, Dan, a day or two after the cleaning and expressed my concerns with the work that was done. I told him that many of the services listed in the description of the move in/out service were not completed, which I was concerned about. During our talk he asked what would make me satisfied with the situation and I said a full or majority refund. In his response below he states that he asked if I would change or update my review. This is not the case… (I would like to make this very clear) from my perspective it seemed as if he would only give me a refund if I removed the review completely. He asked if I received a refund if I’d remove this review to which I said no. I specifically told him that I would, however, update my review to include information saying I was refunded and the issue was resolved but I WOULD NOT REMOVE THE REVIEW COMPLETELY. In his response below he also brings up that a construction crew was working at the house which is true. We had a couple plumbers working in the master bath and on the kitchen sink which should not have gotten in the way of their cleaning. They were able to clean the master bathroom even though the plumbers were supposedly in their way. Not sure how plumbers in the kitchen and bathroom keep you from dusting the blinds or shelves in the living room. The main concern I have is that if you say a service includes certain things I expect those things to be done. It clearly lists on the website that dusting of shelves and blinds is apart of the move in/out service so I’m not sure why that wasn’t even done.

Not sure if this hold any weight but I’m not one to write reviews… but this service was bad enough to where I felt like I needed to write my first review.

NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I was charged $350 for the move in/out service only to find that most of the house was still dirty when I returned.

I received a phone call from the company earlier that morning telling me that they were not going to be able to clean baseboards and cabinets due to paint chipping which is understandable. I did not however expect them to completely skip over all the base board and cabinets including the ones that didn’t have paint chipping off, which is what they did. I was also told that the cleaners were unable to get the dirt off the blinds but later tested this for myself and found that the dirt scrubs off easily with a little light scrubbing.

I came home to find numerous marks on the walls and woodwork (from the people living here not the cleaners… hopefully) that had not been cleaned off, dust on living room shelves and mantel that the cleaners didn’t even try to clean, a partially cleaned kitchen counter, dirty kitchen appliances, dusty blinds, and dirty baseboards and cabinets

Would not recommend this company and would give them a 0/5 stars if I could!

Also: Talked to the customer service about the fridge not being cleaned (they didn’t clean the fridge because they ran out of time but they did not charge me for that service which was nice) and then called again a couple more times about 30 min later when I saw the other things that weren’t cleaned and they didn’t answer my calls but they answered my roommate’s call when he tried. Maybe a coincidence… maybe not

Tiffany was amazing!!! She’s kind, thorough, professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. Highly recommend this company and Tiffany.

Home Maid Better has been outstanding, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Autumn. We went through multiple cleaners with other companies before finding this locally owned company, and we ran into every issue you can imagine — inconsistency, rushing, things being missed, broken, you name it. Since switching over, we’ve become loyal clients, and Autumn is a big reason why.

She is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her work. Every time she cleans our home, it feels refreshed and perfectly put together. She notices the little things most people overlook, and she always goes above and beyond. She’s professional, kind, and truly a joy to work with.

If you’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in what they do, ask for Autumn. She’s fantastic, and Home Maid Better has earned our trust completely.

Amber and Kierha provide us excellent cleaning services every other week as The Cleaning Authority teams before them did. The company's cleaning plans are always well organized and executed without problems or drama. All teams are not as proficient these two, but have been acceptable.

We are happy with the services provided by The Cleaning Authority. They always arrive at or before the scheduled time and get the job done efficiently and expertly. Jen is professional, friendly and her rotating team members (most recently Gillian, Chloe and Shey) take good care of our home.

Jen, Chloe, and Gillian have consistently provided a outstanding cleaning of our residence. We look forward to each and every time they come over because we know we will be coming home to such a clean home. They take pride in what they do and it shows. The only thing we don’t like is when our two dogs get more excited to see them versus us. 😄. Thank you ladies.

If you ever wondered if you should call these guys, just do it! We have been procrastinating getting a regular housekeeping service for years, and we are so glad we called The Cleaning Authority. We love our Cleaning Authority crew! Jennifer, Gillian, and Chloe always do an outstanding job cleaning our home from top to bottom. We have three dogs and these ladies know how to keep them happy and calm while they work. I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority in Norman, OK.

They do what the industry refers to as "speed cleaning" and as a result I found myself cleaning everything they forgot to after they left. The initial deep clean that they did was amazing but the standard cleans took them very little time because they were in a hurry to either get to the next house or go home. The girls were always very sweet which is why I kept them for longer than I should have. I'm sure the girls are being paid very little while the company makes a ton of money by how many houses they can squeeze into each day. I'm going to look for an individual that will take $30 an hour because even if they worked for 4 hours biweekly it would be friendlier to my wallet and they should do a better job because they earn the entire amount. Plus, with an individual I can customize my cleanings to my liking, rather than abiding by a generic outline which had some things listed that I didn't have or need.

First time using them and they did such a wonderful job. We have four pets so the floors are always dirty. Everything is so clean and smells wonderful.

I love The Cleaning Authority of Norman! I love that they always do a thorough job and that each clean they cycle through locations in my home and do a deeper clean.

And my cleaning team Kierna and Amber always do an amazing job! They even get the little requests I ask of them. And they do it all with amazing attitudes and warm, friendly smiles. I love my cleaning team, they are the best.

Alexis is very interactive with myself and 2 19 year old cats, trying to keep them safe in the bedroom and calm. Shey is also excellent. I would recommend the service to everyone.Carsyn is also great!
