UPDATE: After 4 years I still love this company. They are so great with schedule changes and communication. They have accommodated any particular requests we've had. Our most recent cleaning was done by Brisa and Otto. They did a marvelous job and would love to have them back!

From 4 years ago: This company does such a nice job. The set up and estimate was so quick and easy. I love their deep clean rotation schedule. I am a new customer that has only used them for a couple of months. So far, I am very impressed with the quality of work for the price. They are always very responsive to any request I have (like using their long tool on things I can't reach or starting in a particular room). Maria, Veronica and Shey have been particularly pleasant and thorough. My house looks great when they are done. So glad I finally signed up!

We always love coming home after TCA has been here. Thanks to Brisa, Otto, and Macey for keeping our home in great shape and to Jen for the outstanding customer service.

Very reasonably priced, and loved having the supervisor verify what a fantastic job the cleaning team did. I highly recommend! They always do a great job. I never have to worry about which crew comes and cleans my house I have never complained one time. That was the problem with my last cleaning company the cleaning would go down hill week after week I would have to call and complain and they would have to send the crew back to fix things. However I never have to worry about my biweekly cleaning with the cleaning authority. Good job! Thank you!

Cindy, Macey, Austin and Xena do a great job taking care of our home! They are thorough and professional. We keep things picked up, but don't always have time to really clean. Having them come by on a biweekly basis is a huge help!

Patrick is my favorite to chat with but really the whole team is great! Always a thorough job done and fast! It would take me 5-6 hours to complete what they do in an hour and a half. So happy!

Today, Brisa and Otto from The Cleaning Authority did an outstanding job cleaning our home! They arrived right on time and took the initiative to ask if there were any specific areas I wanted them to focus on.

Their attention to detail was incredible! Not only did they thoroughly clean the rotation area, but they also went above and beyond by detailing baseboards, window sills, and kitchen appliances. Everything looked spotless and fresh when they finished.

We started having this company come clean our home about 3 months ago. I like the deep cleans and routine cleans are clearly explained so you know what to expect. I also I like knowing the people on the cleaning team are assigned to my home. I am very happy with the hard working ladies I get to see every two weeks. A very special thank you to Ramona and Blanca!
They listen and do their very best to meet and have exceeded my expectations. I am very particular about our floors (wood and tile throughout) and am so happy when they are done. I am not physically able to clean on my own right now. It is such a relief to be able to trust they will get the job done right.

We always love having The crew out. They are so easy to work with as far as scheduling , and really do their best to not take up to much of your day. Great attention to detail! We have a bunch of dogs and they made it seem like no dogs lived here!! Great team!
