Home Services reviews in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The ladies that were here today did a wonderful job, especially since there were a few obstacles to work around. Most things put back *exactly* as they had been - something important to me because I am disabled. My house is clean, refreshed, and looks wonderful! I hope to have the same crew visit again!

Amazing service!! First of all communication was great at all times. No hidden fees or hidden services. Everything was disclosed and discussed. Also everything discussed got done. Their prices are so good compared to other companies in the okc metro area. They will leave your location squeaky clean! The ladies that did the cleaning were super polite and FAST! They charge by hour, one would think they would take longer to clean but they did not! Two hours for an empty 1500sqft home! I'm so impressed. I will definitely be using their services again!

Lovely! The young lady I worked with this morning spoke some English and I was able to show her a more efficient way to clean our cooktop. It is truly a relief to know my home is safe while they are there and to know that my home will be cleaned thoroughly.

I have been a customer for almost a year and I have had a very good experience. Kimberly and Solano were nice enough today to tidy up my daughter’s stuffed animals! Thank you ☺️

The ladies were so very thorough.
Great. They were very considerate with me getting sick Thanksgiving and they were careful with the cleaning supplies.
Even had extra person.
Same 2 ladies which makes it more comfortable for me than constantly having different ladies. The ladies even found my missing black earing!! So happy -
They did a great job on our deep clean 10/10 recommend

This has been the best experience! The owner came out and did the walk through and estimate. The communication leading up to today’s cleaning was fantastic. Today was the initial deep cleaning and they just left. This place hasn’t looked this good in years! The attention to detail is impressive. This is how you do it! Bravo!!

Edit:
I did not mention stained caulking. I mentioned grout. I knew they couldn't do anything about the caulking. The rest of the grout that is not caulking is still stained. Again, you are trying to make me feel like I'm ridiculous for complaining, as did your representative earlier, and did not address any other concerns I had. I am perfectly happy paying in full for the time that those ladies cleaned my space, as they deserve to be paid. I am not mad at them at all, I think they did a great job with what tools and lack of communication they had, I think that your management is the issue. I'm lowering my rating to reflect your customer service tactics.
I have never had a professional cleaning before so there are a lot of things that I was not aware of, so bear that in mind. First of all, if you hire this company you have to make sure that they understand to the letter in minute detail what it is exactly that you want done. If you are kind enough to tell them that they don't have to clean the litter box or the area directly around the litter box because you know it's going to be really hard to clean, they just won't clean half the room because for whatever reason they decided that half of my kitchen wasn't a kitchen. Just because the litter box was there. If you have a husband who does not empty both drawers of your freezer (even though you asked him to), and they don't see that the bottom drawer of the freezer is in fact empty, they won't clean it, nor will they tell you that there may have been a mistake considering the rest of the refrigerator was completely cleared out. Make sure to take apart every piece of your refrigerator that you want clean because if they can't take it apart easily, they will not. Probably best honestly so that they don't break anything, but it would have been nice to know. If you are not specific, there will be miscommunication and you will be disappointed. Not only might you have issues with communication because your cleaners themselves have limited English, which is fine, but the people who do speak English don't specify anything, don't really ask questions, and do not check with you to make sure you are happy. They send an inspector to check on the progress and the inspector did not bother asking me anything or ask me to walk around with her to make sure it was up to my expectations. I didn't even realize when she left. When I did the initial interview FaceTime with the owner of the company and showed him the spaces, he did not tell me that they would not be able to clean THE ONE THING I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM I NEEDED DONE. They use products that would not be able to whiten grout or get rid of some stains because they were all safe for the environment (which there's a part of me that really appreciates that), but I didn't realize how much it limited things. The whole reason (and I told him this) that I wanted a professional cleaning team to come out is because I am 46 with damaged hands from arthritis and cannot handle scrubbing spaces myself very well. Everything that I really wanted to be cleaned because I couldn't, didn't look any different because of the products that they use so keep that in mind. Be aware that if you are contacted by someone afterwards to ask you if you are happy, if you tell them you are not, they will have an excuse for every single thing that you are complaining about and make you feel like some kind of villain. Honestly I'm probably most pissed off about the way I was talked to.
Basically I just dropped a bunch of money on something I could have done, so yeah I'm pretty darn pissed off but I will say that what they did clean (that wasn't stained grout), was cleaned pretty well, which is the ONLY reason they are not getting a worse rating. I feel lied to, but I am told it's just "miscommunication". Make sure you communicate well. -
On time, professional and worked quickly but efficiently. Tammy did personal visit and inspection after the girls were finished to introduce herself and ensure I was satisfied. I felt like my business and satisfaction were important to her and the company. That’s hard to find these days. 👍

They did a wonderful job making my home feel lighter again!

Had a great experience with the young ladies who came to clean. They were on time, professional, and stayed within the quoted work hours for the "deep clean" requested. Krystal and Stormy were very cheerful and polite and I would love to have them back in the future. Will not have an issue using this service again in the future.

SO helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, cool, easygoing, thorough… Everything I could ask for in my super messy house, achy body missing hard-to-reach spots over the years, & anxious dogs! These girls were SO chill with running changes, longer-taking rooms, & warnings of crazy barking dogs that I FINALLY feel comfortable having someone regularly in my house!! Before, I was too embarrassed/worried, honestly… I am SO grateful & blessed to have found Brittney & Salissa!! My house is their house now! ❤️ Thank you so much for making my life easier & cleaner now!

Had to change the date and time at the last minute, and they had no problem. Completely understood and rescheduled me for the next morning. The cleaned that apartment better than the crew did BEFORE I moved in. Thank you!!! Will definitely be using them again.

We left the rental cleaner than we found it thanks to Merry Maids. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to see where they could improve and that really impressed me. They were timely, worked hard and were attentive to customer needs.

Have general house cleaning each week. While I like how my main person cleans or how his team cleans, I was very happy with the price increase which is $100 more! Plus they state the reason for the increase is to increases raises for the workers. None of them has seen an increase in what Merry Maids pays them. I usually give a tip to Damian and his team. Now with the price increase I can’t personally tip them so it actually takes away from the people who work hard for your company. I do love the service but just don’t like the PRICE INCREASE. I’m not sure if I will keep service through Marry Maids because it is now $100 more a month to have great service. Someone else with great service will probably sway me. Lovely, the tornado sirens are going on right now. Bye. Cindylouwho - you know me.

Ashley and crew do a great job- reliable and always let me know when they will be arriving.

In less than 24 hours from my initial call late in the day, the Merry Maids were able to dispatch a team of pro cleaners to deep clean my late father's house. The real estate agent was delighted with the results; I was kept informed via text (my choice) of progress from the moment they left their headquarters until the job was complete.
The service was fantastic: an exemplary experience that shows how things "are supposed to work". I couldn't be happier. -
Everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting has been kind, friendly, nonjudgmental, and very thorough and quick!!

Had this company for many years in New Mexico. Glad to find them here. Great work.

First, when I originally made the appointment, I was told to expect around $300-$350, maybe even $380 for the first cleaning (I had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room done). I know that's not a guaranteed price, but I was still shocked when they priced the service for $490. I also had to give pushback on how many hours they charged me for. They tried to bill me for 4 hours. My ring doorbell showed them coming at 10:32, leaving at 12:34, coming back at 12:55, and I was there with them at 2:30 officially finished. I had to pushback and insist on not being charged for the 20 minutes they left my house. And then the manager one of the cleaners talked to on the phone was loud enough that I could hear, and she was very annoyed and rude that I was pushing back. She would only take off 15 minutes because she said they go by 15 minute increments.
I also question how long it should have taken for the cleaners to do their job since I am billed by the hour because we have cameras in the house and every time I got on to check in on what they were working on, one cleaner was on his phone. I put trust in the company for how long a task should take since they charge by hour, I shouldn't be paying for them to constantly be on their phones while they're in my house.
After they left, my husband discovered our upstairs had been cleaned. When I called to request a refund for the time they spent up there since we specifically asked them NOT to clean up there, she let me know they didn't have it in their notes, and told me I must have only thought I told her. I then asked how did the baby gate we had at the bottom of the staircase not at least make them ask if they should, and she told me there was no baby gate at the foot of our stairs. This was the second time she implied that I was not being truthful. In the end she insisted they would not refund me for the time they spent upstairs because I had no proof that I asked them not to clean our upstairs, even though this was part of our conversation both when I made the appointment AND when she called to confirm the appointment the week prior to the appointment.
This wasn't just a mistake they made in their customer service, this was a complete lack of caring about anything but their bottom line. We will never be using them again. I am completely blown away at how awful the manager was, and how bold she was to straight up accuse me of lying. (By the way, our baby gate has been up for the last two years, since we have toddlers and dogs we want to keep from climbing said stairs, it's definitely there.)
