I ask them to get the apartment to where it could be rented again and they did it. Just like I ask. They did an awesome job and really worked with me on keeping within what I could afford. I highly recommend them. This is my second time to use them. And I am sure I will use them again.

Christie and Jayda did an excellent job. They were very thorough and easy to work with. I would definitely like to have Christie and Jayda back to clean our house. They are an honest and efficient team.

Alda and Briteny are so nice and do a wonderful job cleaning! I get a call in the morning telling me approximately the time they will be here and then I get a link telling me their exact arrival time. They bring all the cleaning supplies with them but are happy to use the floor cleaner I provide. I absolutely love the shine of my whole house when they are finished. I highly recommend Merry Maids of OKC!

House looks great and smells so clean

Master bedroom floor not swept well. Wash cloth in ketchen wadded up on side of cabinet. Blinds not dusted. Everything else well done.

They are amazing and fast. I know the new home owners will really enjoy their new clean house :).

Merry Maids has always been great for my family. They always do an excellent job and are incredibly efficient. Great with pets and accommodating working from home. Our house feels brand new when they finish!

I would not recommend Merry Maids, the 2 girls showed up to the wrong house even with GPS and so I motion them over they reeked of pot, the one girl had attitude all over her face brought her stuff in slammed it down on my floor and stomped off into my bedroom. Came out of my bedroom gave me a go to >>> look. So I stepped out into my garage and called the office. The lady on the phone said the girl never acted like that before more or less telling me it was my fault ( I never said a word to this girl) The girl on the phone just said I apologize, not how can I make this right or better. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted them out of my house. The one girl came out of my room slamming her tools and vacuum into my walls and damaged the one wall. I called the office back and told them what had just happened she just kept telling me sorry, not offering to do anything else. Then when they both got outside they were on the phone with the office standing out just laughing their heads off, I have that on camera. It has been over a week since all of this happened never heard from an owner, or a manager on the damage or anyone call me about the experience. I would hate to see what my house would of looked liked if I wasn't at home. Very disappointed with the integrity and relations that this company has with their clients. I called this morning to cancel my services and nothing was said to keep me as a customer just okay. So they are not glad to have your business either which says a lot for that company.

The process to get and estimate, schedule, get reminders and pay worked great. I ran into a snag or two about what is included and under what circumstance (as an example they will clean ceiling fans but only if they can be reached using a step stool, not a ladder), but it all boiled down to me asking enough questions. The ladies did a great job.

I got Merry Maids here for just one hour. I thought with 2 people that would be sufficient. They sent 1 person and and charging me the same. The cleaner Amy is adorable and kind and caring. The supervisor was mean spirited. I canceled my next cleaning and will never ever use them again.

I arranged for Merry Maids to clean my daughter’s home after she had arm surgery and they did an outstanding job!!! Thank you to the team who came to my daughter’s home and made it fresh and clean for her during her recovery! I highly recommend Merry Maids as they are friendly, informative and efficient!!! Everything looked nice. Little touches like cute toilet paper crafts were nice, however a little more attention to detail would have been nicer. I liked that the girls actually put the pillows on my couch rather than leaving them on the fireplace. I will continue to use them.

The crew was great, friendly and courteous. The only problem was they did not clean the windows, and the oven racks where not touched. I understood the oven was still hot because I failed to start the self clean the day before, but the racks were not hot, and it was evident they did not attempt to clean the hearth. Other than that, they were great.
