Maria B, Irene & Veronica clean my house every 2 weeks and I LOVE IT! I have no complaints and can only say how happy I am every time I come home after they clean. I have 2 very hairy dogs and I have no idea how they do it but there is NO hair when they are done. The mini blinds always look great, the ceiling fans are clean and all the baseboards are dusted. They have a rotating system so that in 4 cleanings they deep clean your entire house with an ongoing process. Would highly recommend them and the company they work for. Thank you so much for making my life easier.

My family has been extremely happy with The Cleaning Authority. They do such a great job and everyone that has come out so far has been excellent. Today it was Tania and Nayma. My kids love coming home from school and seeing their rooms looking neat and all their stuff neatly arranged. Its extra care and attention to details that really make us happy to have them come out clean our house. Great job!!!

I have used the Cleaning Authority for several months and I am pleased with their service. The people who have come out to clean have been very friendly and easy to work with. This last time, I had Parker and Chey come to clean and they did an excellent job! The management team truly cares about making sure I get what I am paying for. The crew works quickly and still does a good job. Highly recommend!

The Cleaning Authority is the best cleaning service I have used by far! I am very particular about keeping a clean home but have never found anyone who cleans my home with the same detail and attention that I do. I love having a list each cleaning detailing everything that was done any everything they will do next time. Scheduling and payment is easy with a check or through the app. I have referred TCA to many friends and family!

I have kept with TheCleaningAuthority because I trust them with my things and for the most thorough cleaning. The ladies are always courteous and hard-working and my dogs love them too! I feel like my house sparkles after their visit.

They did a good job. I do not think they were as thorough as the first two ladies and they were only here an hour. I was not at home. I had to really look to see what was done.

This was our first time using The Cleaning Authority and we are so happy with the job they did. They even made the beds! Our kiddos were so excited to see their beds made with all their animals arranged pretty. We look forward to using this company to help keep the house clean and have some time back in our days.

Rosa and Joanna do a great job. We love them cleaning our home. We have used the TCA for a couple of months now, and as they get to know our home it gets better and better each time. We really apreciate these wonderful ladies...Please always send them to clean our house. They do a fantastic job and we trust them.

Also in the last couple of months we have had different cleaning lady's, and they do a great job.

Our favorite is still Rosa. We have had other cleaning services but they charged much more and we didn't feel we were getting our attention that you are giving us and doing a fantastic job. Thanks our house is now a clean home.

We’ve been using cleaning authority for about 4 years, and they always do a great job. It’s like a fabulous gift coming home to a clean home every other week. Sofia and Patty are absolutely fabulous and meticulous in their cleanings, even when I leave a huge mess. Thank you, ladies!

Editing my review! This owner is the real deal. He genuinely cares about his customers. After our emails he wanted to meet face to face and resolved our situation. SO amazing. Seriously. 10/10 would recommend! I'm absolutely shocked and astonished how they handle business so eloquently!

Do you sweep under the bed and under furniture?
I would like to have the ladies clean while I am out of the house. Either Wednesday from 11:30-4:00 or Tuesday 12:30-3:30. I prefer Wednesday afternoon if at all possible. The ladies did a great job cleaning and the fun toilet paper art was amazing.

This is the best Team we’ve ever had. They are focused and quite so as not disturb the flow of work. Thank You TCA for a great service.

Very pleased. The staff was compliant with my special request, which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I have been sick with the flu, and I asked that they wear mask to protect them from getting sick, and they complied. I greatly appreciated their special effort because I would hate they think they got sick while sanitizing my house!

We’ve been using this company for a few years now. Recently our needs have changed and they have been very accommodating. The app is a great feature for clients to reschedule or cancel cleanings, and they let you know what time they will arrive. Overall we are happy with The Cleaning Authority.

I have used cleaning authority for a couple of years now and I am overall impressed. They do a great job and are very responsive when I do have to reach out to them. I had a scheduling issue and they rectified it very quickly so things may come up but they do a great job of taking care of you. We had Mariana and Arroyo do our clean recently and they were great. Very quick, the cleaning was thorough, and they did a great job working with us since we both work from home.

My parents were happy with their work until somehow a diamond pendant disappeared off the chain on my mother's jewelry stand. The chain was still there. The necklace was a 35th anniversary gift. Brad after being informed has never done anything nor contacted my parents again.

Sadly I can no longer recommend the cleaning authority. I've been a client since 2013. There were a few incidents along the way of damage, but always dealt with properly as that is expected. There were two recent teams since 2020 that cleaned my home that I had to ban. They lied about their cleaning time and did a poor job including the deep cleaned areas. Thank goodness for video. There were many instances where I had to have them come back out to re-clean areas with manager oversight. I have a model home, spacious, decluttered, no kids, so this is a very easy clean to execute. This also makes it easy to see where they didn't do the job they were supposed to do. Over time there was something I should have paid more attention to and you should too. For years I noticed kitchen trash bags from those large Sam's rolls that disappeared at a much faster rate than I could possibly use. I chalked it up to maybe they needed some for the next client’s home and let it go. Right before Thanksgiving, half of the napkins were missing from the holder on the counter. Then I had missing trash bag rolls in both bathrooms. I would put out other cleaning agents for them to use since their eco-friendly products don't kill mold/bacteria that well or remove soap scum in the shower. In the case of the kitchen, pine-sol was left out and you know it has a very strong odor. My wife and I would come home immediately after a clean and the kitchen would be odorless. Yet the bottle would show dramatic emptying. This didn't make sense. Were they pouring it down the drain? Just a capful leaves that smell in the home. Then I noticed the dawn dishwashing liquid was nearly empty. That product is under the sink and never left out for use. We only use it sparingly a few drops at a time for a pet neutralizer formula. The strangest thing was a new bottle of 600 tablets of ibuprofen that was opened last summer. It is left in the kitchen cabinet right in front. The two of us may use a few tabs a month, yet in 6 months the bottle is nearly empty. My last bottle of that size lasted so long that the pills expired. Each of these things individually does not draw attention, but together, they indicate a pattern. The only thing I could think of is maybe the staff is taking things around the homes they clean and using them for personal use or to sell. According to staff reviews on indeed.com, they are offered poor wages. Could they be filling their own bottles with Pine-sol and Dawn? Otherwise, I have no idea what is going on. It's just the two of us and there's no one else that comes in the home. Unfortunately, I don't have cameras in every room so this turns into a he said, she said. That puts the owner Brad in a tough spot. All I can say is clients don't leave after 12 years unless there is a problem. So if I were you, I would pay very close attention to household supplies and make notes if any of them go missing. No one thinks about checking napkins, soap, pills, etc. If you notice it, then guess what, there is a pattern after all and my hypothesis is correct. I informed Brad about all of this, and other than defending his staff saying how moral they are (ignoring the liars I had to ban of course), he did nothing to keep me as a client. That's fine, trust has been broken and I don't want anyone from The Cleaning Authority in my home ever again.
