A friendly and efficient team--Macey, Austin, and Tyler--came and cleaned today. They are helping me make progress on clearing out the clutter!

Update Apr 2023: Different cleaning team -- The Cleaning Authority crew that came yesterday were excellent. Since things change a lot around my home, I appreciate that Carsyn & Alexis ask about any areas we do or don't want cleaned that day. And they always remember the details. We have a busy cluttered household and I like how they leave things looking tidy, and the little touches, like leaving the living room couch throw-pillows in an attractive arrangement. Thanks guys!

We're so pleased with The Cleaning Authority and the services they provide. Their technicians have always been professional, respectful and attentive. Veronica and Chey have visited our house most frequently, and always do an excellent job. We've even been able to recommend their services to some nearby neighbors who now use The Cleaning Authority.

Did a good job cleaning efficiently and thoroughly. When I asked to have one area cleaned that was not on the list they did it quickly. I have two dogs and a cat which did not slow them down but were given friendly greetings. They were a pleasure to have in my house.

Today, Alexis and Carsyn cleaned our house and did an amazing job. They’ve cleaned several times, and each time their work is great. I’ve never had an issue. They’re always efficient and make sure everything is taken care of. I love walking in to a clean house after a long day of work. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority as well as Alexis and Carsyn! I’m always pleased when I’m on their schedule!

We just starting using The Cleaning Authority- Norman and I have been nothing but impressed! Cari & Veronica do such an amazing job! They are always so sweet and cheerful! My dog thinks they are their to visit him and they are so good with him! We love having such a clean and comfy home!!

We are very happy with the services provided by the Cleaning Authority. Their regular cleaning is good but they top it off with a focused deep clean of specific parts of the house in a rotation. Heather, Emily and Chloe are professional, friendly, and work together like a well-prepared team. They always greet us with a friendly hello and a smile when we are home. They even greet our cat as he curiously monitors them at work.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority Norman location for several months now and have been blown away by how friendly the staff is, the amazing work that they do and how fast and efficient they are. They have green products to use too!! 🙌🏻 Having Cari and Veronica here is such a highlight for my kids. They are so loving and always take time to chat with my kids and answer all the questions they get from them. They put sweet personal touches in our home like folding towels and toilet paper that my husband really likes, and they work so hard! We have never had a problem with this crew. I personally had expectations I didn’t realize I had, and all I had to do was talk with Jake about it, and now those items get done each time they are here as well. Truly a fantastic company.

Update: Cari and Skye were our cleaning team today and they did an amazing job, as usual. I'm amazed at how efficient they are and what a great job they do every time they clean. We're on a bi-weekly schedule, which works out perfectly for our lifestyle and busy schedules. The house always looks so nice and smells so good when they're done. As a busy working mom of a teenager and toddler, it's nice to have one less thing on my plate!

Heather and Emily just completed our 2nd deep clean today and they did a great job! I'm so pleased with how much better my house looks since using The Cleaning Authority. As a mom of 2 that works from home it's almost impossible to find time to keep up with the house cleaning, and I don't enjoy doing it on the weekends when I want to spend time with the family. I've found it so much easier to keep up with the day to day tidying since our initial clean and I know I can rely on the pros to do the thorough cleaning every other week so I don't have to stress about it!! Thank you!

Tiffany does a great job on my house. She’s quick to communicate any concerns and also insisted one time to return to my house to work an area that I was not completely satisfied with. I love that she is the lead that takes care of my house.

The Cleaning Authority is staffed by a group of helpful, courteous, efficient and friendly people especially Tiffany and Darin who come into our home and truly clean every area with care and concern. The owners are friendly and responsive changing times when necessary due to doctor's appointments or family emergencies. Today was especially important as I am expecting family to visit and the staff were very careful in cleaning the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen where needed. I am very pleased with The Cleaning Authority and can highly recommend them.

Ruth and Chelsea cleaned my house as a make up day when my normal crew couldn’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances. They did an AMAZING job throughout my house. I was most impressed with their attention to detail cleaning my home on 5/10. I’m very happy with their service and would love to them back again in the future.
