My husband and I have never used a cleaning service before and we needed to since we travel frequently and arenr home to clean often. We were entirely satisfied with the service we received. Home Maid is affordable as well which is exactly what we are looking for.
Both of the ladies that showed up were both very kind an respectful and made sure we did a walk through of the house before they left.
No negative comments here! We signed up for a cleaning every 2 weeks:)

Home Maid Better has made it easier for me to do my everyday errands and volunteer responsibilities without concern if my home is clean. I love having a clean home and I’m very particular about how my home feels and smells. I have used them for the past six months and each time I walk in after they leave, my home always has a fresh clean welcoming smell. My husband has severe allergies so their cleaning products are great with no harsh smell. Devaney is my preferred cleaner, she is respectful, polite and takes extra care of my household items and does a thorough immaculate job ,
with dusting, mopping and general house cleaning. I feel comfortable having her come in and clean when I’m away, and I love the extra touches of how she folds the ends of the paper towels/ toilet tissue and displaying their Home Maid Better card after cleaning. I highly recommend this housekeeping service. Home Maid Better has made my life better!

Nadia does an excellent job every time on our house! We are extremely pleased with Home Maid Better. The professionalism is unmatched. Great work! Thank you! This is an excellent company. Wonderful! Communicative, straight-forward, & thorough. My cleaning techs were professional, thoughtful, & friendly! I feel like they treated my house as if it were their own. I am a VERY picky cleaner & I’m impressed by the quality of work. They even cleaned my kitchen CHAIRS! Oh, and the little rubber thing in my kitchen sink drain! It had years of build up on it & it looks brand new. Incredible! These ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I also appreciated the constant & courteous contact from the office. You guys were wonderful!

Absolutely recommend Home Maid Better! The owner, Dan is absolutely wonderful and he is genuinely passionate about his business. I think it’s amazing what they are doing during such difficult times, blessing first responders with free housing cleaning and more! We were among the many who are proud recipients of this wonderful gift. Dani and Sara did a phenomenal job cleaning our home. They were trustworthy, polite and respectful of everything and everyone they came into contact with. Dan was also very easy to communicate with and took the time to follow up after our service. I can’t recommend this place enough, I would be more than happy to hire them again. I know it can be nerve wracking letting someone into your home to clean but, this is the place! Thank you so much for everything!

To say I am completely satisfied is an understatement!! Candy came by for a partial clean (3 hours), and OH MY GOODNESS!! I don't have pictures as we didn't get the entire place done in that time, but what we did accomplish is absolutely mind-blowing! She was so sweet and so kind and didn't bat an eye at anything she came across! She listened to my woes and helped make me feel human again. Just with her presence and a little elbow grease 💜 I will continually be grateful as I enjoy my home again with my furbabies. I would absolutely 100% call again and recommend them to anyone going through a rough time. They care so much!!! Thank you, Candy, from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

I booked a deep clean for our 2200 sf home. What we received is what I consider a routine clean. In no definition of deep clean do I envision someone standing upright with a spray bottle to squirt liquid onto tile and use a commercial size swiffer to wipe it up. It took the equivalent of five hours, which is about what it takes for a routine cleaning. The staff sent was super nice and had I scheduled a routine cleaning, it would have been adequate. I was just disappointed in what was received for almost a $500 deep clean.

Sunny and her team are top notch in customer service. They have cleaned my personal residence and several of our rentals. The one time we thought the cleaning could have been a little better Home Maid Better was back on site same day to ensure I was happy with their cleaning. I’ve never had such immediate response with world class service thanks Sunny and the team for doing great work!

Honestly, we are so thrilled! We used another cleaning company which cost more and were very shocked at the lack of attention to areas such as dusting window sills, etc. I think our house is now cleaner than when we even moved in. Great job yall! We so appreciate it and look forward to the next!

Claudia and Alicia did a fantastic job! We are first time home buyers and this was my first time using a cleaning service since previously we lived in an easy to clean one bedroom, and I have to say these two went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were very thorough and finished my 3 bedroom house in about 3 hours when I was fully expecting an all day affair. I added on the oven and fridge/freezer which I recommend for anyone who uses their oven frequently. To top it all off the house feels like it did when we first moved in! I highly recommend not only Home Maid Better but also these two lovely ladies to anyone looking for a cleaning service!

We had a great experience with them. We needed help with our bathrooms, floors and blinds. The ladies were very sweet and kind. I was super nervous because I have never had someone come clean my house, they were very supportive and reassuring that it was not as bad as I thought it was. When our son came home from school even he was super excited that his bed was made and his room was even tidied up. Thank you so much for giving me my time to spend with my family, not cleaning my house. The service was great! We will have them come again.

We've been using Home Maid Better since about 2019, primarily for routine cleaning in our home. When we have moved we've been able to use their move in/out services and I enjoy requesting a deep cleaning service after the Thanksgiving holiday. Currently, they send out the most amazing woman named Autumn and I can't recommend her enough - she does a fantastic job cleaning, she is kind to our pets, and our five year old loves chatting with her! Home Maid Better is always professional, responsive when I've had a concern or need to reschedule, and I highly recommend them!!

Cannot say enough good about the level of kindness and professionalism of home made better. Sunny is outstanding and the team is outstanding! Definitely recommend this company especially for those looking for help for elderly parents. 10/10 recommend

We have been using Home Maid Better for regular cleaning for over a year now. I had contemplated hiring a cleaning service for some time but after a bad experience with another company had decided against it. Ultimately, when things got very busy for us after our third child was born and it was hard to find the time to clean the way I wanted to, I decided to try again and we found Home Maid Better. It was such a great decision and I wish I would have started with them sooner! They always do a great job and are always very responsive to feedback. There is great attention to detail. Sometimes they even set up cute scenes with our kids’ stuffed animals that brings a smile to their faces, leave treats for our dogs, or add a holiday sticker to spread a little cheer. Highly recommend!

I regret not engaging them sooner! Their deep clean, left my home pristine and their upkeep clean feels just as deep as the initial. So thankful for this professional service.

Outstanding work received by Home Maid Better! Myles and Currin arrived on time at the property. They both went above and beyond in cleaning the south side of my condo! I will ask for them again.

Honestly, I did not know what to expect. But I definitely did not expect something this well done. The value for the amount of work performed was substantial and so greatly appreciated. I did not expect as much to be cleaned as there was. I am thoroughly impressed thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Autumn is very friendly and professional. She is punctual and great with details when it comes to cleaning. I like her and her work and I strongly recommend them for people looking for professional cleaners. I met Sky in the last cleaning when she came with Autumn. She also is nice. Both are a great team and I couldn’t be happier than this when it comes to cleaning our house.

Audrey, Bailey, and Nadia did a wonderful job! They were extremely thorough during the deep clean and got the job done. They listened to my needs and went above and beyond!

I’m finally getting around to posting this review. I had this service clean my home in preparation for a reception after my mom’s funeral service. I paid for a “deep clean”, which was over $700! Im not a picky person in situations as this, but this was NOT worth $700. I found spots on my dresser in my bedroom where they just wiped the front top of the fixture and didn’t clean the entire surface. A mirror in our living room - a center focus of the room - was left filthy. They also neglected an entire half bath - the main bathroom utilized for guests. Honestly, when I clean my house, I feel as if I do a more thorough job than this professional cleaning company did. And I’m not a diligent or detailed housekeeper.

In the photos, you can see where a rag was just wiped in front of the picture frame and the dirty mirror on our mantle.

So, including tip, which I did tip well - in cash, it was a waste of $700. I mean, that’s a lot of money. This was months ago, and I’m still hot about it.

My recommendation is to find another cleaning service. While I appreciate them accommodating me and scheduling with short notice, the service received was unacceptable.
