I can’t brag on these ladies enough! So professional—and the cleaning? Out of this world. I’m all about the details, and I notice everything. They even fold the paper towels into little bows! They bring all their own supplies and deep clean every single time. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate people who run their business with the same care and pride that I do. They did a wonderful job and they showed up on time. They also cleaned a huge blue stain off the upstairs shower that we were told by another cleaning company, that it would not come off. We are thrilled with Home Maid Better and looking forward to having them clean our house on a regular basis.

Outstanding work and price, extremely detailed and great communication between the owner and myself. I had a 'Deep Cleaning' service done at my house and it was nothing short of Amazing. Those ladies worked all day long! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and time spent in each room. I didn't feel like they were in a hurry to get out of here like I have with other cleaning services. They took their time and actually moved things to dust underneath. They were polite and respectful of my father who receives in home nursing care. They worked around him in a polite and professional way. They even managed to put up with his, "you missed a spot" jokes. If I had to make one critique it would be that they weren't able to remove the water stains from the shower hardware but I do realize they aren't wizards and that I can't even get it off.

I loved the cleaning service they performed at my house and I will be using them again. I'd recommend you give them a try as well!

Sought us this service in order to have my home cleaned top-to-bottom for tenants who would be renting my home in two days. I could not be happier. The house looked as it did when I first moved in. Carpet was cleaned and the inside/outside of the windows were cleaned for an extra charge but well worth it. Bathrooms were spotless and kitchen looked spectacular. I will definitely seek out their services again in the future and have already recommended them to friends who have rental properties as well. Thank you for the great job!

I called the day before we needed our house cleaned and was very surprised when Home Maid Better was able to accommodate my request because of how last minute I reached out. The ladies came on time and worked very hard. Nothing was missed and we were very happy with the end results. I would highly recommend!

I first just want to say that I am a pretty clean person so I didn't think I would notice a difference but I was SO WRONG! Home Maid Better did an extraordinary job. I was thoroughly impressed with the outcome. They did all the things that I do not enjoy doing and more! My house was left perfectly clean.The common areas were pristine. All the blinds in every room were bright white! The bathrooms were sparkling. They dusted EVERYTHING! They even made my toddlers bed which was something so small but thoughtful. I really liked that they also cleaned the storm door glass. In 3.5 hours, they were so efficient and accomplished so much! The attention to detail displayed by these ladies was exceptional. I would recommend Home Maid Better to anyone! We will certainly use them again in the future! Thank you so much for a job well done.

My tenants left my house a wreck, and I needed it to be cleaned before the painters could come out (painters want a clean house to paint in). I called Home Maid Better on a Thursday and they got someone out the very next morning. The house was pretty dirty so they were there for quite sometime. After they left, I noticed that the tile floor was rather sticky and the oven was still nasty on the inside (I paid the additional fee for the oven cleaning). Again, they spent a lot of time cleaning the rest of the house so I understand how some things can be missed. I reached out to their customer service and, without missing a beat, they got someone back out the same day. Very satisfied with this service and would definitely recommend.

I use Home Maid Better mostly for general cleaning. They are easy to work with and most accommodating when schedule (or illness) requires moving the appointment. They keep the appointment times unless something unexpected occurs; then they call promptly. All technicians have performed well, obviously some are outstanding. I find it amazing they can do so well considering I live on a working farm. I highly recommend Home Maid Better.

Great experience with Home Maid Better this week. My wife is a teacher and I work full time, so we decided to have them do a deep clean to help us keep it up a little better.

They did much more than I expected and the house looks wonderful!! The two ladies that came were professional, kind, wore masks, and took care of us.

We were using a different cleaning service the last few years, and were not happy with them. We recently switched to Home Maid Better, and could not be happier! The cleaners have come twice now, and both times we were very impressed with the quality of the cleanings, how quickly they worked, and how professional and friendly they were. The cleanings are very easy to schedule online, and the cleaners were not only on time, but early! And they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend!

I had Maid Better do a deep clean on my home to get ready to put it on the market. Due to a scheduling conflict, they needed to change the time that they could come. Not a problem. But to make up for the time change, they sent 6 people out to get it done in the most timely manner. All the women were friendly and polite. They asked me to do a walk through before they left to make sure that I was happy. And I was!! They did a wonderful job!! Will use again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!!

I have been using Home Maid Better for several months. The office staff are always friendly, respond quickly, and schedule to fit my needs.
The cleaning staff are always on time and do a thorough, excellent job. I love coming home to my freshly cleaned house!! During the covid pandemic, they are extra careful and have implemented additional steps in their cleaning process, but my rates did not go up for these extra measures.
