Have a feather down couch to be cleaned and the company owner wanted to soak it with no way of drying it out instead of dry cleaning it as discussed before hand. He would've completely ruined my couch. When I asked him about it he was extremely snappy, rude, and hateful. Extremely unprofessional.

Their workers are nice but I will NOT ever call them again to clean my carpets!! I had them clean 3 bedrooms and they were at my home for maybe 30 minutes. The carpets still have stains on them and the carpets don't even feel clean. I WAS NOT SATISFIED with their work AT ALL!!!!!! 😡😡

After researching and talking to this owner I felt reasonably comfortable about them. What a snow job. They were 1/2 hour late. We had our ductwork & returns cleaned. The 2 techs were very polite. They were in & out in 45 minutes. Not long enough to do a thorough job in my opinion. They used a portable roto brush vacuum with a 35' hose on it (not long enough to clean the entire duct system). Although one of them said none of the ducts were over 35', I knew that was wrong. From the garage to the back bedroom is about 50'. So, I know the entire system was not cleaned. When they cleaned the return ducts it wasn't powerful enough to vacuum out all the dust & it filled house, which we had to clean. We don't feel we got our money's worth and are Totally dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. A complete waste of our money. We will probably have it cleaned again. Live & learn.

I have used Sunbell since 2012 to clean my furniture and mattress and they always did an amazing job. They removed pet urine stains kid vomit stains with what seemed like little effort. This time they sent 2 guys I never seen before and they didn't clean my mattress but did damage it. They used some scrub brush that caused the top layer to roll/peel. Left the stain there, I call the company and he said he'll come back out to clean it a second time. PERFECT RIGHT??? NOPE he sent the same 2 guys and when they walked in they said we can't get those stains out but we'll clean it again, to which I politely responded no thanks don't worry about it...ok so they lost a customer $84 down the drain. I sure hate it too, cause they had good pricing.

Ronnie and his assistant showed up on time and ready. He was professional and honest with his estimate and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They were able to easily work around me while working from home and complete my air ducts and carpets quickly and expertly!
