Everything looks great except the ceiling fan(s) still see dirt on them. We’ve instructed for a certain type clearer be used on hardwood flooring…3 weeks in a row this has NOT been done…we leave this cleaner on the countertop in clear sight. Why is this not being done!?!?

This was our first clean! It definitely took them quite a long time but I know our home needed it! I’m so very thankful to have a clean home again! :)

Cleaning Authority came for the first cleaning and I’m amazed! Bring 33 weeks pregnant I can’t do much of a deep cleaning as I’d like but I’m amazed at how good they left my house

We have been with The Cleaning Authority for three years. It’s always the best day of my week! Everyone is friendly and extremely professional. The main office is responsive. The whole organization of the company is well put together. As long as we live in an area they service, we will continue with them.

We enjoyed having the house cleaned. They worked hard and fast. We are soon having a baby and really needed a deep clean before baby gets here. We choose deep clean which wasn’t that much of a deep clean. I totally understand we all make mistakes. The only thing I was not happy with was our pantry door left dirty, spaces in the living left unswept and dirty, and dust still left on the ceiling room and some walls left Unclean with previous stains.

We are busy people it would be great if they called to make sure we were satisfied or at least have someone else inspect the house after cleaning was done. When we pay for a service we expect it to be cleaned as they listed on their services. Probably won’t go with them again but it was good to try.

The second cleaning was not even that great. The price was already high in my mind. Got the first "deep clean" that is supposed to be an hourly charge but never get a receipt with a total. Then I see on the app $160 so I think fine. Well I'm charged almost $400 today, $150 for my second clean and over $200 for the first clean which they apparently never charged me for. She tells me they don't contact you for payment until you have missed 3 or 4 payments, that's crazy! I told her I never got anything regarding the price of the first clean just saw the app total of $160 and was told that's just the minimum and I should have been notified but didn't, "sorry". Poorly managed and unprofessional. Pricey for the actual work done considering they missed many areas on their specific checklist.

We are normally the second house on the schedule, with the cleaning crew arriving around 1030 or later. Previously, we had always received a phone call when the crew was en route to our house, approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival.
The past three times, we did not get a phone call. And twice, the crew arrived well before expected.
This drop in customer service has occurred since a new employee is responsible for making the phone call.
The cleaning crew is always friendly and pleasant.
Today, the bathtub in the hall bathroom was not cleaned.
Our charge increased in May, and service has dropped since then.

TCA does an exceptional job. I am always so pleased with the results. My crew, Patty and Gutierrez and Ramirez were great!!!!!! If I have a problem or not satisfied with a room, the office girls are always ready to help correct the situation.

Had our first initial cleaning last Thursday. The two cleaning lady's were very polite and professional. They were inside our home for a couple of hours and did a wonderful job. Very thorough. Looking forward to the next clean in a couple of weeks.

This company did such a wonderful job on my initial house cleaning! I don’t think I’ve seen my house this clean since we first moved in. All my countertops were actually sparkling. Can’t wait to use them for regular house cleanings!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning on a weekly basis for about a month now, and we've thoroughly enjoyed every clean. They have done an excellent job, the ladies are so kind and quick, and our house looks phenomenal after each visit!! We appreciate them so much!

This is an amazing company with high standards. My house is amazing after they leave and there are personal little touchs they leave behind that prove they go the extra mile for their customers. I wish there were more then 5 stars 🌟 to give. Great company

I have used Cleaning Authority for a few years now. They are always professional and they consistently deliver a high quality cleaning. Their rotation for deep cleaning keeps our home nice year round. The ladies that come to our house are always kind and smiling. The system for postponing or skipping a clean are easy to use. During our recent remodel they did not blink an eye at the mess our house was. Thanks !

These guys are great. Prompt, professional. My house is clean! What has really impressed me is the condition of my shower. It looks like a new installation.

The best feeling is coming home after a long day and the house is spotless! We are so happy with this company and their practices. The house is always fresh and very detailed. They share which areas they focused on and let you know what area will be deep cleaned the next time. With two big dogs, a cat, and a young son it was hard for these two full time working parents to keep up. I’m never worried about people coming over now! Our most recent clean was with Jen, Hannah and Shelby.

We decided to start with a one-time clean to see how we liked it as we are usually the type to just do our own cleaning. There was such a huge difference in having professionals do it! We have two pets who shed a lot, and after the cleaning there was no pet hair to be seen anywhere. They were very thorough and as soon as I stepped in the door I smelled a clean house without the overpowering chemical/bleach smell I was expecting. I thought it was a great value and they were so easy to work with - punctual, polite, professional. It was amazing to come home after work to a clean house, our experience was great.

The Cleaning Authority staff & crew do such a WONDERFUL job each time they clean for us! Beginning with the office communications, all the way through to the special touches they do as part of their cleaning services. I always look forward to coming home on cleaning days because the Ladies have been there. They are FABULOUS!!! :)))

I was pretty pleased with the first cleaning I received from this company. The two cleaners were polite and hardworking and quick. The clean was well done (especially my kitchen sink that had scratches on porcelain) and complete. Only glitch was I wasn’t ready when they arrived. They came earlier than I expected so my family was still in process of getting dressed. But next time I’ll be prepared. I will continue to use them bi-weekly.
