Great design. Incorporated some aspects other companies told us were not feasible. More than anything, their customer service was on point. Lucas was very easy to deal with and I felt like he gave us honest advice.
I plan on using them for future projects.

This was a very professional company. Lucas was very prompt and knowledgeable. He let me know exactly what I can expect. They were not the cheapest company but def was the worth the money. Very professional, very reliable and Lucas has tons of experience in this area. I will def call them for all of our future projects.

I asked for a quote. The guy came out, took 2 pictures, and left. I message him to get my quote, and he sends me a text saying it would be over $15,000. I told him that was fine, and a week and a day later, he contacted me saying he needed my info so he could get the ball rolling? Sorry, but if you guys want a project done in a reasonable amount of time, don't use this company. It will take you to push him to get anything from him.

Came out to do a bid and received an insanely high bid. When I called to ask why it was so high they said they know they're the most expensive.

Tell your trucks to cover their loads while driving on the interstate, because they got debris just flying out of the back hitting vehicles

My sprinklers would not come on and backflow regulator was leaking. 3 visits, 2 new parts, and almost $500 later, my sprinklers still do not come on and the brand new backflow regulator leaks. So they suggested I call a plumber.

I scheduled my appointment almost a week ahead for a day when I was off work. She told me it would be between 1pm and 6pm but probably early because they didn't have any other work on the schedule for that day.

I called to confirm the appt at 12:30 & was assured I was on the schedule. At 5pm the guy calls saying he's stuck on a job 20 miles away. This is the 2nd problems I've had with these people. I will NEVER use them again!

I had a leak in my irrigation system and Groom's came out and repaired it. A couple weeks later I notice it was leaking again in the same general area but not the same exact spot. I called them up and they came out and repaired the new leak free of charge. They stand by their work!

When water flooded our home multiple times over a few weeks, we contacted 5+ companies to try to help us prevent it from happening again. We were in emergency mode. Jeff at Grooms saved us. He responded on the weekend and then showed up the very next morning, educated us on what was going on, made room for us in their schedule the next day for drainage work (due to our emergency), kept us updated multiple times via text, and was an absolute pleasure to work. We inadvertently ran over our neighbor’s sprinkler head and broke It off very deeply. Found Grooms Irrigation from many positive customer reviews on NextDoor. Within 30 minutes two very efficient, focused repairmen arrived, repaired the problem and cleaned up the site. Great service. Cost including emergency fee much less than typical. So impressed!

Fernando and crew showed up within the timeframe expected and went right to work. They quickly found our system leaks, identified the underlying problem (underground valve stuck open), and made the necessary repairs. They checked out the entire system to assure no further issues, then winterized, as requested. On an otherwise stressful day, I doubly appreciated the friendly, competent, highly efficient work they do, at a competitive charge. I've been with Grooms -- and Fernando -- for about 4 years now and, once again, have no reason to look elsewhere.

We used this company to help us get the sprinkler system up and running in a house we bought in spring of 2021. They showed up and immediately started digging up our whole yard to locate the valve without informing me of what they were doing. I went and asked when 1 was sitting in my front yard for a break and was told they didn’t know how long it would take but it’s $90/hr until they found it. We asked our neighbors and they told us where their valve once and discovered it was in the attic. After calling the office, they wanted to “make right” and send someone else out to replace the valve. It was supposed to have a 2 year warranty. Not even 6 months, the brand new valve was leaking. We called them and since it was supposed to be under warranty, we asked them to fix it. They replaced it again with a new one but charged us over $500 because it was a different type of valve than the first one. We aren’t even a year into the second one and it busted again and flooded our kitchen. 2 bad valves installed by them in not even 2 years and now we have to replace our kitchen ceiling. They refuse to take ownership for their bad work and what it’s caused. Do not use this company. Horrible customer service and I’m not sure they even have licensed workers
