We’ve been using Grooms now for about a year and a half and their service has been phenomenal! Our property looks beautiful and if I need anything, I call Cameron and he has his team over here almost immediately to service whatever we need. Highly recommend them!

Working with Grooms was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. They partnered with our pool builder to make sure our
freshwater system was hooked into our drains. They moved and positioned our sprinklers. Did an excellent job on landscaping, flowerbeds, and leveling. Everything was done with such care and precision that we felt completely confident throughout the process.

We had the privilege of working directly with one of the co-owners and he was nothing short of excellent. Brandon was always approachable, patient, and willing to pause and listen to any concerns we had along the way. He and his crew didn’t just meet expectations , they went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, quality, and genuine customer care the way Grooms does, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Grooms Irrigation Company is the absolute best. They fix things right the first time—no guesswork, no callbacks. Every technician I’ve met has been pleasant, professional, and laser-focused on solving the actual problem, not just patching it and driving off with “hope” as a plan. They’re efficient, thorough, and proactive—checking valves, heads, controllers, and leaks so the whole system runs perfectly. Without their steadfast service, I’d be in a world of hurt. I went into the large semi-outdoor garden area and asked a short old man with grey hair, wearing a cap if he knew which type of soil is good for a peace lily. He answering by letting me know that it is called "potting soil" with heavy disdain and pointed the direction of the large and the small bags of "potting soil". I guess the best way is to google information about which soil to buy and not drive to home depot to waste my time. I learned that, for me, amazon and ebay with google comes first, and Home Depot comes last on the list of where I should buy stuff. Thank you for the valuable lesson, jerk.

Items needed were plentiful, accessible, and affordable, but the interaction with Karen "NOT". Karen made it known that manager assistance was nonexistent and lied about policy on allowing patrons to have discarded boxes from stockers. Karen was quick to gather them, which appeared to be for herself or maybe just to prevent me from having them. Her tone, demeanor, and presence were very uncomfortable and close to confrontational. She made leaving in a hurried fashion necessary. Thank you, Drew, for being the silver lining in our visit, and the reason for the 3-star rating versus something lower.

Might be a great landscape company, I've never used them. Saw the passenger in one of their trucks chuck trash out their window on Stanley Draper road 1/20/23 about 4:30 pm, so take that into account before you hire them.

A real hit and miss! The plants are great when they arrive fresh off the truck but within a few short days the neglect, underwatering and no care shows!
Notice you never EVER see a water hose or sprinkler on in the garden area!

Lawn crews need more supervision. The customer shouldn't have to call back and tell them they missed several areas when weed eating.

They sent someone out to give me an estimate for landscaping. I never heard back from them, even after I called and emailed to ask for the quote.

We had a clean up crew after the ice storm and they did an amazing clean up job. I will definately be using them again.
