Chad and his team do great work! He is honest and professional. His team put in a French drain across our back patio and yard. We live in the woods and our land has a double slope onto our patio. He assessed the problem and proposed the best cost effective solution. The end result is no more standing puddles. They were great about clean up as well. We would definitely recommend.

They provided Clear and concise information throughout the project in order to have our old French drain system completely replaced. The extensive work was well done at a reasonable price and we were able to Clearly see how much attention they paid towards making full use of the slope and grade of our yard To allow for a strong flow of water to exit our yard while also properly placing the system so that our gutters would exit properly and help us have confidence that our foundation and home could be protected from heavy rains!

I had a drainage issue in my backyard. Chad and his team put in basins and tied all my guttering in for proper drainage. They laid sod after wards and cleaned up. They did an amazing job. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Modern Environment. After the October 2020 ice storm, our 60 year old pecan tree had a lot of large limbs broken at great heights, and we couldn't get them out of the tree. Modern Environment was able to come to our house sooner than anticipated. The crew was able to get the tough-to-reach limbs, chop them up, rake up the yard, and get debris to the curb. The cost was affordable, and the crew members were personable and kind. Hopefully the next time we need help with the yard will not be storm related, but we would definitely work with Modern Environment again!

Modern environment is a great company and I always recommend them to clients and friends. They installed irrigation at my home and they also did landscape design and install. It looks beautiful and the plants they used are thriving in this Oklahoma heat! I love them so much we are having them put in a outdoor kitchen and pool for us! Looking forward to that project.
