This company has the worst communication, or lack of, that I have ever experienced. I was only given a 15 minute notice my lawn would be mowed so I was not home to unlock my gate, meaning I paid for a half service since my backyard wasn’t complete. My backyard was the thing that really needed to be mowed, so now I’m SOL while my dogs walk around getting super itchy in the tall grass still. There is no timeliness in responses from their customer service. You can text and text and they simply ignore you and your concerns. 2 stars was being nice. 0/10, would not recommend.

I would highly recommend! They came and cleaned the beds very thoroughly in January and just came back today and planted the new plants and mulch. They so very speedy and cleaned up everything. They were very helpful, friendly and simply couldn't be better!! Call them today!~

Patriot Outdoors offers a variety of outdoor services that every homeowner can use. It was such a relief to get an email today offering snow removal services. My house faces North. Any ice or snow always lasts at least a week when it’s cold. My driveway then becomes an skating rink when it starts to melt. Thanks for taking care of my outdoor needs!

Showed up as scheduled and kept me informed of their arrival time. First time the yard was cleaned after the winter so they also cleaned up some leaves and other debris. This was my first time using Patriot, so far so good.

They are always on time. Send a text letting me know they are on their way with a follow up with an invoice and an easy way to pay. My yard looks great and they do both the fertilizing and the lawn maintenance. Would recommend to anyone.

I have know and worked with Mark for several years. Cordial, professional, quite flexible in matching his service to our needs. What is most notable about Mark is that when a colleague was injured and could not work in a competing mowing business, Mark picked up his colleague's clients until he could resume his work. Mark and his team are amazing!!! Due to health reasons I could no longer keep up with yard work, we have used a few other places and was not satisfied. I contacted them and with in the day we were all set up. They are extremely professional, courteous of your belongings in the yard and reliable at the work they do. Would 1000% recommend!

I’ve been very happy with my service this season. Reliable, never had to wonder when or if they were coming. (I’ve been ghosted by lawn care people before). My edging is perfect. The trimmings didn’t end up in my flower beds everything was spot on. Great communication - needed my irrigation fixed and they were quick (within a couple days) when other places had a 4 week wait- took the time to complete the work right and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Will definitely continue next season.

Highly recommend Patriot Outdoors. I needed lawn service for my overgrown flowerbeds (extra large area) to be completed quickly. They were in BAD shape. I called Patriot Outdoors and they accommodated my request almost immediately and for a very fair price.

Along with the mowing service I get from them, I also had two trees removed and they did an excellent job with that. As a new homeowner, I've been very happy with them so far. Glad I found them.
