A great job on our Christmas lights. House, trees and shrubs were all done in led lights.

I switched companies to Elite Lawn Cafe, and I'm staying for sure. Elite Lawn Care's customer service and just overall kindness have been refreshing. The calls and dispatchers have always been great. Jorge did a great job on the lawn.

I noticed that Zachary thorough and competent with spraying the pest control which is greatly appreciated because there have been a few in the past that don't do a very good and thorough job.

I was a loyal customer of Elite Lawn Care for nearly two years, and I'm someone who never complains. However, my recent experience with them has left me extremely disappointed. As the company has grown, it seems they've lost sight of what truly matters—taking care of their customers. What used to feel like a personalized service now feels more like dealing with a big-box store where you're just another number.

What should have been a simple fix for them of over-fertilized my backyard and burning up my lawn. These things happen. And Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto me, questioning my watering habits and other factors. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company I trusted for so long. Despite my loyalty, no one from Elite Lawn Care reached out to discuss the issue or address why I decided to cancel their service. Not a single person from management or the owner bothered to reach out, which clearly shows they don’t care about you or their customers—they just want your money.

Just like any large company, they'll likely respond to this review with a generic statement about taking my feedback seriously or asking me to contact customer service to discuss further. But the truth is, they don't care—it's all just a formality.

If you're looking for a lawn care company that values its customers and truly cares about the quality of their work, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Spend your hard-earned money with a company that will treat you and your lawn with the care you deserve. Elite Lawn Care has lost its way, and their customer service is severely lacking.

In today’s market, we have so many more options. I DO NOT recommend using elite lawn care so many better choices. You have been warned.

Oh look!! Elite came and treated my backyard (same treatment I hired Don's last year for) - and they didn't fry the hell out of all my flowers!! Nice having a company you can trust to take care of your property and hard earned money! Thank you for being wonderfull!

Great service. Friendly and answers all questions. Ensured backyard was clear of dogs and ensured lawn was free was any items to spray. Highly recommend service and hope your lucky enough to get Patrick as your service technician

Great service!! He rang the bell to let us know he was here. I love that they use a wand to spray the grass and walk the property instead of a ride on machine. Much more accurate and prevents excessive overspray on driveway and sidewalks.

Have been with Elite for years, lawn looks great, and our last technician Luis did a wonderful job covering the yard evenly and as it should be. They are always quick and make sure to remind you they are coming out which I also appreciate.

I hardly can see where the weed control was applied. I believed the service was haphazardly done. When I look at my neighbors application, mine was not done in accordance to the standard. Maybe Th e next application will be done better. However if that application is applied haphazardly again then I will have no choice but to hire someone else.

I signed up for a 3-step pre-emergent treatment in January 2025. They came twice during the spring, and I did not understand why they did not return for the third treatment. Although they sent an email the day prior to treatment in November 2025, I did not confirm the appointment (did not click the 'Confirm' button), but yet they returned for the third treatment, which I was not expecting at this time. I called customer service, who was polite, and canceled my continued service for next year, which I did not realize was on a subscription. I had only my front yard treated. For $3 more, I could've had my backyard treated. This business practice seemed a little shady to me.

My yard looks HORRIBLE after being sprayed with pre emergent in February. Every kind of weed you can imagine has come up. I spent over an hour pulling weeds yesterday. Your spraying my yard was a complete waste of money. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or use you ever again.

My grandma and I called with lots of questions and worked with Justin on getting a clear understanding on pricing as well as a few other things. He truly made unfamiliar words easy to understand and the whole process easy to follow. Very easy to work with and came by it honest. Won’t be using anyone or any other company EVER again.
