I’ve been using Elite Lawn Care for the past 9 years and couldn’t be happier. Brandon was my tech today. He was very professional and polite and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. My yard has been looking great since we started and can’t wait to see how it looks this next year. Highly recommend!!

Jonathan was great!! I forgot to pick up the toys in the yard from the kids and dog. He picked up everything and left it in a nice neat pile on the fireplace, and rolled up the hose!!!! He kept the green emergent spray off the cement in the front and back yards. Very neat and tidy work!!

Noah, provided excellent service. Explained everything in detail. I have a mixture of Bermuda and Fescue on my property. He payed particular attention to those areas and treated each area with different products. Elite is new to me. He gave me a lot of confidence in the Elite processes.

Justin!! What a professional you are. Courteous, a great listener and a compassionate patient individual whose call I look forward to receiving. Elite Lawncare, do whatever necessary to keep this guy and help him further develop his skills and advance throughout life.

Updated Review: there was a communication mixup and when the tech came to treat my yard, only a portion was treated. This was the day before the historic snowstorm was to hit Oklahoma, and their schedule was overflowing with last minute requests for service. I called Justin and told him of the problem. He apologized sincerely and said that if it was at all possible to get the tech back out to complete the treatment. He never promised he could work out the schedule and also clearly communicated not to get my hopes too high. Justin, somehow you worked it out. The tech came back out, finished the application and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great customer service, Justin and Technician, Brandon!!

Kolby did my pre emergent today. He was at my place bright and early. He listened to a few details about my lawn I wanted him to know before spraying. I was extremely happy with the lawn coverage on this treatment. Good work Kolby!

Hudson with Elite Lawn Care serviced my lawn recently, and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took great care to cover my lawn thoroughly, as evidenced by the blue dye used for that purpose. He treated the fescue grass areas with weed control meant especially for that type of grass. And, I appreciate that there was no overspray on my concrete surfaces or stone borders. Excellent job, Hudson!

Luis did an outstanding job! He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, paid attention to the details, and treated my property like it was his own. It’s rare to find someone who combines great workmanship with a genuinely positive attitude, but Luis absolutely does. If this is the level of service this company provides, I’m glad I hired them. Highly recommend!

Noah came out to treat my lawn today and not only did he do a great job with my lawn, I had sent in a request that he made sure my sweet baby Sasha (Yorkie) stayed inside safe while the treatment dried. He was so kind and took such good care to close my screen door and secure it to keep Sasha inside like I requested. Being a homeowner and a dog mom requires that I trust the companies and their employees that I deal with and Elite Lawn Care continues to earn my thanks, trust, and business. I recently had Jevin come out to spray my yard for weed control, and I’m very pleased with the service. Jevin arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what products were being applied and how they would help improve the health of my lawn.

He was thorough and made sure to cover the entire yard evenly, paying attention to areas that needed extra treatment. I also appreciated how respectful he was of my property, making sure gates were secured and everything was left neat and tidy before leaving.

Filled out the online questionaire to get a free estimate, and now they won't stop calling. The price was quite a bit higher than we expected so we went with another company. In the last 24 hours we've received ELEVEN phone calls from FOUR different phone numbers. We've answered and told them we are not interested and please remove us from their call list and we are still getting phone calls from new numbers. We've had to block each one. AND we had someone show up at our door this afternoon, stating "we were in the area" but less than 24 hours after we got a quote? Unbelievable and we regret ever filling out the sheet for a quote.

Technician was polite and courteous upon arrival explained what they were doing and checked in with me as he was leaving to make sure I was satisfied. It's nice to see customer service. Still exists, thank you.

My technicisn, Frank, came out today to talk to me face to face about my lawn issues and that was so helpful! He was knowledgeable and when he had a question he felt he needed more info on, he called someone.

Outstanding service! I had several issues with weed control earlier this year, but TruGreen retreated my yard several times. Now that they're using the machine, it has made a tremendous difference. TruGreen is definitely a company that ensures customer satisfaction!

The lawn specialist showed up and listened to my concerns about the weeds and areas to be treated. He assured me that TruGreen could help with my problem. He was fast and efficient and finished quickly. I look forward seeing how my lawn will progress over the coming year.

I changed my review after speaking to Donna from Corporate. She's given me hope that TruGreen could still be a company I continue to use. Time will tell but they're sending someone out to talk to me at my residence soon. I'm adding this to my previous review to be fair in light of their efforts to reach out. Previously I posted, "I've had a contract with TruGreen for years and am now looking for an alternative recommendation. My lawn looks terrible. I can call and talk to someone if I say I'm a new customer but when I select existing customer I'm routed to a call center in another country and the service is simply terrible."

So far it’s been a good experience with True Green, this is my first year to use them. The guys that treat my lawn are nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident they will improve my yard!

Yesterday I went to their website to inquire about cost of services, I filled out the online form that unfortunately required my phone number to be able to obtain a quote. I was able to retrieve the pricing quote, but not without an agent attempting to contact me within 5 min of the form being submitted. I did not answer because I decided their service was not in my budget. I proceeded to get more calls and immediately blocked. They have continued to call across 4 different phone numbers and a salesman just “happen” to be in the area. I spoke with one on the phone and told them that they were blocked because I was not interested, the rep told me they would take my number off their list and within 1 hour of that was when the field rep stopped by and an additional call…THIS IS BORDERLINE HARASSMENT

I'd give zero if I could. Never saw any improvement from services and they will make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel your services in hopes that you'll get stuck with it. And similar to what other reviews have mentioned, my cameras in my front and back yard would only ever show them completing small portions of the property.
