I have a no-soliciting sign on my house.
Not only did they solicit their services, but they filled out a little card insulting my yard.
Tell me, why in the world would I do business with a company that not only disrespects me as a homeowner, but also insults me as a homeowner?
I will never EVER use TruGreen for anything. And I will caution my neighbors and friends against using them.
If they can't respect me, they aren't allowed to touch my yard or be on my property.

I want to share how impressed I was with Aldo Garcia, the representative from TruGreen who came by to assess my lawn. He started by knocking on my door and introducing himself in a professional and friendly manner. Aldo took the time to clearly and patiently explain the key focus areas of my lawn, what treatment was being done that day, and what I could expect from future services.

He walked me through everything in detail and even went over a summary with me before he left. It was clear that he’s very knowledgeable about lawn care and takes pride in what he does. Aldo was a pleasure to speak with, and I truly believe he’s a valuable asset to the TruGreen team. Great service!

Paid 133 bucks to save myself some time. To have them core aerate my front yard instead they aerated it poorly missing spots here and there. And also ripped out large chucks of grass. The wheels on the aerator also tore through a few spots as well. Someone is supposed to come look at the damage. Hopefully this issue will be taken care of.

UPDATE: the manager came out to look at my property. They apologized for the issue. And agreed to refund me half the amount paid. Which is fair to me.

I used Truegreen Oklahoma City a few years ago, until they killed a large portion of our lawn. I mean killed down to bare dirt. They barely apologized, and only when I complained. They tried to play it down like it was no big deal. Then, yesterday I noticed a big problem with my neighbor's yard. It looked like a drunk person sprayed Roundup in a crazy pattern on their lawn. I asked my neighbor about it, and it was Truegreen. They have killed a meandering path all over their 1 acre lawn. I posted pictures, it's catastrophic (On a lawn care level). Truegreen Oklahoma may be the worst company in the state. They rush the job to an extreme, don't cover the whole lawn, and every now and then, they use the wrong chemical or forget to dilute it or something, and kill your lawn. I remember thinking I couldn't run a path over my whole 1 acre lawn in the time they supposedly sprayed it. Then they take no responsibility. THEN, when you fire them, they keep trying to get your business back. Yeah, if I wanted bare dirt for a lawn, I'd hire them again. It's clear Truegreen is only interested in billing, not in training or customer service.

Edgar my tech performed an absolute astonishing, aeration and overseeing of my Juan. I wish to thank Tru Green and give them an opportunity to earn your business. She won’t be disappointed. You don’t have to have a golf course for a while but you’ll see the difference. Thanks again. You guys score another 25 stars of a five let them do the quantum leap out Ranger out Kevin Ward

These guys have no idea how to care for a fescue lawn!! Use at your own risk if you have a fescue lawn!

A manager did finally come out and acknowledged there was a problem. He apologized and said their techs were a high turnover position. He offered a free reseed in the fall. I had a backyard party coming up and asked if they would put down sod in the worst areas. He agreed, and they installed the sod as agreed.

I will continue using their service. But if it happens again I will be forced to find someone that is more reliable and that I don’t have to worry about destroying my lawn.

I mistakenly called this company once, as I was attempting to get lawn service done. I left a voicemail. They called back and informed me they treat lawns etc but don’t cut grass. Since then they’ve called me relentlessly offering me services even though I begged them repeatedly to take my name off their call list. I’ve since blocked them

They are frauds.my lawn was pretty ok but not nice. Hired them for doing some nice work.But they did sprayed some kind of weed which is all over in my lawn. someone showed up after called them many times.he sprayed some kind of weed killer. After spraying grass died but not weed. Any one can look in that pics.Have no idea what to do? Sue them?

Year started off not too great. Things have changed very much and things have really become a lot better. The service has became worthy of at least 5 stars. My tech is an awesome guy ,who works very hard and keeps your customers happy. I'm impressed with the improvement in service as well as my tech.

My yard was mostly weeds ... until TruGreen fixed it. Their dedication and unique plan changed my yard from gross to lovely. 1st pic: before. 2nd pic: after. The yard still has work, but most of the weeds are gone! The TruGreen workers coming to my house are all super knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend TruGreen! Update 8/13/24 ... and my yard gets better and better!!!! Thanks again. TRUGREEN!!!!

We have been using tru green for about five years. It took a couple years to get our yard in the best shape it has ever looked. Highly recommend

Not much positive to say. This is my third year and my lawn has never looked this bad. Late June and my lawn is still full of weeds. Weeds are growing very well so far.
Guarantee is worthless if they can't kill the weeds and stop new ones. Very disappointed.

If they had a zero star, that would be my rating. My lawn was in good shape before they started servicing it. Now after June 2021 and $2,197.31, my lawn has brown areas of disease and a large dead area (no grass) in my front yard. I called in late May and June. They made several trips to service my yard. Receipts said “please allow 21 days to see affects”. The manager was supposed to call me. He did not. So I called again and was told he tried calling me but no one answered. I looked at my call list. No calls from them!! I canceled my service!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎

Very pleasant and efficient. Still unhappy with grass coverage based on what was promised

30 September—Cameron was very knowledgeable and saw what problems we have almost a year later. He applied weed control and suggested reapplication in 7 days. He agreed that tru green should assess yards when they are hired. He said that we should have seen a lot of progress after a year. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been using TruGreen for awhile and they never disappoint!! They take care of my lawn, which is looking so lush, and they take care of my trees and shrubs! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their yard and landscape look its best!!

Trugreen has been amazing. They took a very distressed 2 acre lawn and were able to help us get it into a presentable state. Courtney came out here many times and is an outstanding technician. Very friendly And professional.
