Denise was excellent to work with from start to finish. She was kind and patient as we navigated a landscaping from several hours away. When we arrived the nursery staff was friendly and the selection was amazing! I would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful selection of trees! And the best part of the experience is the customer service. All the employees were super helpful, friendly and they helped us load the tree on top of our car. Much better experience we had compared to Home Depot last year!

I live in Edmond and certainly feel the drive is worth the effort. They have a wonderful selection of plants and most importantly, understand the value of customer service. Had a bit of a mix-up a couple of weeks ago that was not only promptly addressed, but the manager himself brought my order to my home. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

An absolute battle! Spent nearly $2000 on plants and had them planted by Marcum’s. I was given instructions on watering by the staff and their installer. I followed the instructions and they all died. Then the nightmare begins. I called and was told by several employees that it was winter, it was transplant shock, etc and they would grow back and be fine. So I believed them. Then they were all clearly dead. The manager was awesome and took the blame for giving me misinformation on watering and would replace them all no charge. Great!!! I was pleased. Well weeks came and went and I called. Very very rude employee told me I meed to wait. Not in stock. I understand and asked how long? She couldn’t tell me. Very dismissive and short with me. Again, we are in this predicament after I followed their instructions! So finally the guy shows up. I see plants, green, and ASSUME they are the ones I ordered! After he planted them, I noticed there was 5 not 6 as ordered. He told me he would bring the other later. I never realized they were DIFFERENT PLANTS he planted. Not what I ordered. So I call the store, and attempt to explain I have different plants, not what I ordered, and SHE HUNG UP on me!!! The installer shows up with the 6th plant and tries to force me into keeping the wrong ones. I declined and he literally yanks then out on by one, leaving six huge holes and mud everywhere. None of this my fault. I have never been so insulted and mistreated by a business like this for both their mistakes! It took a friend of the owner to set this straight. I would never ever do business here again. I tell everyone this story and they agree. We all make mistakes. But you don’t hang up nor belittle someone who spent $2000 and planned on spending more. Do not trade with Marcum. Thank you.

Arturo and his team did an excellent job delivering and installing our ~18ft maple. Dug the hole, added compost, staked, watered, and cleaned up the area after. Much appreciated!

Bad customer service,I spent more than 1000$ for plants and flowers.one of them died after 10 days,I drove 30 min for replace,I cashier ask manager to come to desk for approval for replace,they been agree to replacement,i found items for replace and when i came to register for check out lady said let me ask another manager for approval,A man came said sorry we can’t to exchange it sorry.they kept me more than 30 min to tell me sorry.
that was my last time.

You HAVE to experience this place. Truly my favorite plant nursery in the state so far, every single plant looked extremely well cared for and they're all thriving. Employees were super informative and all around just a great place to visit even if you aren't buying yet. Check it out!

I called and tried to reserve 3 rolls of sod and they told me they couldn't take payments over the phone. Well I get to the store and the lady tells me they can take payments over the phone, whoever answered just didn't wanna own up to it. I've done tons of business here and will no longer be doing any business here, due to poor communication when i showed up to pickup said "sod" nobody knew what i was talking about and they happened to be sold out. Poor customer service skills on whoever answered the phone today and the people i dealt with. Poor experience today. Never again. They wasted my time and gas..

This is such an amazing place!
Their selection is HUGE and the prices are very low compared to buying the same plants at specialty shops in OKC.

I'm a succulent person, and they have the best collection of succulents I've seen in Oklahoma.
All of their green houses are packed with variety and very well kept.

However, because this place is so big (spanning multiple green houses and the brick store) it is a lot of walking. Make sure to wear comfy shoes.

Came in for a simple gift for my Secret Santa and met Santa himself in Kelly Marcum! This had been a difficult year for me and my family and by the end of my visit I had the perfect gift for my coworker, Kelly had a beautiful Christmas tree in the back of my SUV, and me in tears realizing that there are still good, caring people in the world today. I have shared this story with my coworkers and I just wanted everyone to know that Christmas miracles do happen. Thank you so much for the gift of humanity! The Christmas spirit still is out there and I was never more in need of it.

Staff is always informative and friendly. Huge selection of all outdoor plants, trees, and pots.

Great choice of plants and awesome staff! Last summer after a week or two of just rain, our Photinia bush got a fungus. I took a couple of pictures and brought them in. They were able to tell me exactly what happened and why. They told me what to buy and how to fix the problem. We followed the advice and out photinia are coming back great! We also have bought other plants from Marcum’s that are just beautiful!

Everyone is so nice and so knowledgeable when I come into Marcum's. I feel like I can buy a plant either for the inside or outside and come away with the knowledge of where to plant it and how to make it happy. It's nice having a nursery in the neighborhood.

What a waste of time! After calling and getting assurance they had a tree we wanted, we drove halfway across town . Then, an employee walked us all over the nursery to find the tree. There was none. Employee blamed the office. There was no “could you be happy with this kind of tree? I could do a better price.” Just a wasted hour and no tree. Won’t go back.

Great place, great price… a large variety of plants, indoor and outdoor. Trees and soil, friendly staff. I’ll definitely come back!

They have an excellent selection of plants and succulents, trees, shrubs, indoors/outdoor and everything inbetween. Marcum's is in a great location for us. The parking is tight, especially as you enter so keep that in mind if you drive a bigger vehicle. All in all, it's well worth the trip if you're looking for plants or even just seeds. The employees are very friendly and helpful as you check out from helping you with loading plants and boxing your items. Thank you so much for our first experience here and we definitely plan to be regular customers.

Always looking for places that sell indoor plants. And i feel like we found a great place just for indoor plants, big green house full of almost everything. In the very back they have a room of rare plants. Highly recommend. Only thing is that I wish they would clean the leaves atleast of the rare plants. They're full of calcium deposits.

Bought two multi-strain apple trees from here. First one died from root rot due to us overwatering. Second one I asked specifically the proper planting and watering procedures to ensure we kept it alive. It still got some sort of infection due to the terrible burr knots all over the root stock, reached out to the store for help and was ignored. Tree ended up dying. Over 300$ down the drain. Never coming here again.

I just got 36 pepper plants in 8 different kinds and I paid $18. Most of the plants already have peppers so they're ready to go! It doesn't get any better than that and now I'll have peppers to grow and sell all winter and I barely paid anything for the plants!
