There were issues every month with services for common areas
And residents lawns. Residents had to keep calling to get them to
Finish services they left undone. And because they
left leaves piled up on common area fescue, a lot of fescue died.

We hired them to redo a few of our mulch beds and stone. The work was incredibly professional with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

TerraScapes came out and sprayed my lawn yesterday. The technician was extremely professional and did a very thorough job. After 24 hours, the weeds are already starting to die. Job well done, TJ and TerraScapes!

Utilized Terrascapes for the past two years, and contracted for the coming summer. They perform lawn mowing and maintenance for Greenbriar Kingspark HOA. They stepped in when we had nothing but weeds and overgrown grass. They cured the issue. As all companies, define expectations and requirements in advance. Friendly and open to communication, I do recommend.

Responsiveness from the owner has been above and beyond what a lot of companies would do. They were genuinely concerned, responsive, apologetic and demonstrated a high level of integrity regarding the bad experience with service I received in Oct. 2017 — which involved a lack of attention-to-detail from the technicians, ultimately effecting my dogs.

People make mistakes. Its a matter of what your actions are after that matter. The employees that work here are great, but maybe had an off-day that day... who knows.

So, I am UPDATING THIS REVIEW to three stars due to the HIGH level of customer service and care I have received. My only request to them was that they correct any issues, if they exist, so other customers would not be effected the way I was, which they swiftly did.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a lawn care service, just be sure to CLEARLY define any special considerations you may have to ensure that things are executed in the proper manner.

I really do not like leaving bad reviews but when I gave them a chance to make it right they didn’t do it. I’ve emailed them with no response. They scalped my yard down to the dirt which I couldn’t believe from a professional lawn care company. No response from that. Then they didn’t mow my backyard because my dog was there which they never attempted to contact us about. I had to email and call to see why it wasn’t mowed. If the dog is an issue they should communicate an exact time they will be mowing so we can have him put up even though he is the biggest baby dog. No attempt to call us about the issue. Sad I have to do this about a simple service such as mowing.

Heather makes Christmas lights easy! Scheduling was simple, and the lights were beautiful! You won’t regret giving her a call!

Terrascapes is as good as it gets when it comes to landscaping. I have used them multiple times, and always been very satisfied. They are very punctual and extremely thorough, and compared to other companies who I have received quotes from, they are far more affordable. Very poor lack of detail, and they always take grass on my porch front and rear, and they come by and try to blow it off real quick, but it's all I'm on the fourth nothing done carpet's blown up. They never bring it back down.Just poor quality workers
