They spray our yard for fleas and ticks and have had no problems.

I don't like to give low stars and I don't mean to hurt the business. I called Feb 13th (Monday) for lawn ween control. The lady on the phone said they will go Thursday or Friday. I even gave her my bank account number. Then, the next monday I got an email saying they will come that evening. They called me & cancelled it because they said it was too dark to come to my house. Ok, I agreed with the guy and was very flexible and said no problem. He said they will come the next day or maximum Wednesday if it doesn' rain. They didn't show up. Today, it is Tuesday Feb, 28th and no one even bothered to call to say anything..I know you can get busy but at least (after 2 weeks) call again and tell me we won't be able to make it..

This place is a joke. Do not waste your money, or time. They have no clue how to communicate with their customers. They don't show up when they're supposed to, don't contact you when they say they will. All in all, just find someone else like we've had to do.

I am very pleased with the work that Turf Works does on my property. This is the 2nd year I have used them. They are great and very efficient.

I have had a great lawn care experience with TurfWorks. I use the fertilization and weed control service and recently added their lawn mowing service. My lawn hasn't looked this good in years! They provided me with a timely and very reasonable estimate for both services. They send an email a day in advance, so that I am aware of their arrival for fertilization and weed control service. Every staff member I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them as a reliable lawn service who provide great lawn care at a reasonable price.

Nice folks who do a good job. The only complaint I have is that they don't always let you know when they are coming so you can prepare. Caught them once billing me for work that was not performed. They made it right, but how many times has that happened to others who didn't catch them. They also don't tell you that your "contract" renews each year unless you call and tell them to cancel.

I have never been disappointed with the services provided by Turfworks. I am always informed ahead of time when they will be here. And always asked after if services were completed. Never any problems.

I provided photos of my flowerbed to get a quote for weeding and mulching. They quoted me $200 which I accepted. They missed my first date and came three days later. When they arrived, I got a call from the office saying it’s going to be around $760. No apologies, just a standard, “this is what we are charging you now”. When I asked how they could make such a large leap, they said there was growth from when I sent the photos a week before (not true, my mom was visiting and was cleaning out the beds while she was here) and that my beds required 14 additional bags of mulch than the 10 they quoted. This quote was after seeing photos of the beds mind you. I asked them to leave as I wasn’t spending $560 OVER what I was quoted. Just a big waste of time.

TurfWorks is the premier landscape company OKC has to offer. They have done several jobs for me and each time I have been more than pleased. They go above and beyond what I have asked each time. Their customer service is the best. I always feel that they treat my yard as if it were their own. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

They did an excellent job overall on revamping an old flower bed area. When there was a slight hiccup on the exact area to perform their services, they quickly sent the crew back and they completed the missing area quickly. They stand behind their work and the prices were reasonable.

If you are looking for a great company to help you with any kind of yard work, I would highly recommend TurfWorks in Oklahoma City. I am unable to no longer work in my many flower beds. I have been using this company for two years to weed, mulch and plant new flowers. Great customer service.

Turfworks has gone through a lot of restructuring/turnover. Since this has gone on my experience has been awful. Prior to last Fall, I would definitely have recommended them as a reliable lawn service who do a good job at a reasonable price. However, that has all changed. For the last 6 months I have had nothing but problems. They did not come do leaf cleanup despite being requested and confirmed. Multiple different excuses were given. Since it was the first time of problems and they sighted turnover at the office, I let it go. But the same story has been true this Spring. I had charges show up for no services done and promise of services with no one showing up. Each time I have been given a different excuse which by itself always seemed reasonable, but after a while it makes me feel like an idiot for expecting to get a different result. I would not recommend them. Hopefully they get their act together but I suspect this company will not be around much longer if they treat their other customers the way I was treated.

I'm so excited to see how my yard will look as I do know it will only get better from here on out with TURFWORKS. Very professional company from Crissy helping me with estimate to the gentleman that came out today and treated my turf. Absolutely very professional and would highly recommend Turf Works to everyone in need of a professional yard company.

We used TurfWorks to install a few hundred feet of garden bedding above a back retaining wall and along a back fence. They installed around 90 shrubs and Taylor junipers. Then used mulch on some bed covering and white rock on the remainder. Their quotes were professional and accurate. The guys that came and did the installation were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They also give a one year warranty on their plants. We had a couple that needed replaced after the winter and there was no questions asked and tremendous follow up service. I have recommended this team to numerous friends. I would certainly use them again on any project.

Turf works takes very good care of my lawn. I don't see any weeds. We drive down the street and see all the lawns that only have weeds. I am very proud of my lawn.

I have been using them for almost 3 years now. They do a great job. Anytime I have had interactions with their staff, they have been very professional and helpful. I’m very pleased and will continue to use them so long as I stay within their service area.

This company was chosen by our HOA Board to do our lawn work of our 24 unit condo complex. We have been waiting since April 18th for them to mow, weedeat and edge. Granted we’ve had much rain but other lawn care companies around us are getting their customers’ lawns done despite the rain. For whatever reason our property has not been a priority. Maybe they just have too many accounts. I’ve never heard of a lawn service that only operates M-F from 8-5. We ended up mowing our own lawn on a Saturday because the grass was more than 2 feet high and we were concerned this company still might not show to do the work. The only thing we’ve seen them do is spray chemicals on the lawn. As of this date May 9th, no mowing has been done. I would never hire this company.

I have used TurfWorks for several years for services from fertilization and weed control to flower bed cleanup and spring flower install. I have even used them to relevel a portion of my lawn and install sod. They are always up front and fair with their pricing, and I appreciate the email notification the day before they plan to come out and complete their services. If ever I need anything, the office staff is always friendly, and they respond to emails and service requests promptly.

I have used Turf Works for about 4 years. They have great prices, and even give discounts for multiple services. They are great about informing you of all the services they provide, giving you a heads up on when they will be servicing your home and how to prepare for it. When you have an issue, they respond quickly to your emails. If you are looking for a great company to do business with, Turf Works is the one to call.
