Despite the ups and downs, I had at the beginning, Marlene has been absolute amazing, helpful, informative, kind, professional and understanding.
Zack is now my permanent tech for my home, and he has been great! He has followed all of my requests.
Sometimes the company isn't bad, is the people that works there that leave a bad reputation for the company. Thanks to Marlene, she made it clear Turf Works is there for the customers and did everything in her power to make it right and assigned a tech that would do it right.

Excellent experience with Turfworks over several years. When I lived in the OKC area, they kept my lawn and flower beds in excellent shape, always paying great attention to detail. When I moved away and kept my property as a rental, they continued to do so, working with me to ensure the property stayed looking nice and helping me time the landscaping visits between rental customers. They have always been excellent communicators, extremely receptive, and always kept my yard looking well manicured. Would highly recommend!!

I have been very disappointed with Turf Works in the past 8 months with scheduling, text and email notifications about when technicians were going to be at my house and especially how the front desk addressed my calls about questioning their services. There is one person in particular who is apparently in charge and whose name I will not mention that does not represent the company in a service oriented manner and represents the company in a negative manner.
I received an unscheduled visit from Tray (technician) today a round 5 application. This gentleman took the time to explain what he was going to do, assured me with a handshake that he would he would do his job to my absolute satisfaction and even asked me to watch while he appliednfertilizer and spot spray for weeds. He spoke with me prior to leaving and asked if I was happy with his work. Now that is service! Tray is the reason why I will continue using Turfworks!

The team is professional and personable! Cindy, Marlene, Sterling and crew represent Turfworks well. Thank you for the great work making our flower beds beautiful and making irrigation repairs.

I called Turfworks for sod and to clean up my jungle backyard. They did a beautiful job, the sod looks wonderful and my backyard looks great as well. Their prices are good and their team does an excellent job as well as their customer service. Marlene, Cindy, Bryan the owner and Pam all do a fantastic job and I really appreciate their kindness, respectfulness, responsiveness, professionalism, fairness, and good, quality work. I recommend them!

What a fabulous experience. Pretty much a total redoing of my favorite living space! The Chinese Pistache was the cherry on top! I asked for big and TurfWorks DELIVERED! Plants were healthy and are loving the soil that was brought in. Crew was timely and worked hard. Happy. Happy. Happy. ❤️

Noticed a leak (standing water) in my backyard, appeared to be a leaking sprinkler head. Called several irrigation, sprinkler repair companies, one didn't answer or return my call, another booked a repair appointment, and never showed up. Reached out to TurfWorks, explained the issue, I was able to set an appointment for the evaluation & repair. Technician arrived on time, kept me in the loop of what he found as well as the recommend repair. He was able to complete the repair within in an hour and a half. He also tested and adjusted our entire sprinkler system. The entire process was very smooth, I ill use them for all future sprinkler/irrigation needs. If your system requires service, call TurfWorks, you'll be happy you did.

Outstanding customer service, very courteous and responsive. And the best overall value IMO, and we’ve gone thru a few lawn maintenance companies. They have our lawn looking the best it’s ever looked, which makes the wife very happy. Ended up recommending them to several neighbors when they asked us how we got our lawn to look so good. Relieved that we finally found a company we can count on “all the time”.

After a bad experience with another company removing 90% of established Oklahoma native plants that had been growing successfully for years, we hired Turfworks to maintain the clean slate. Taking considerable time and effort to indetify remaining natives to be kept. Unfortunately, they have successfully removed all remaining native plants. My hope is some might return from the roots once spring arrives. But the damage is done and I am canceling my contract.
The team was friendly and seems well suited for traditional landscaping with common retail flowers and plants. However, if you have an intentional native landscape, I recommend choosing a company that specializes in Oklahoma natives and plant identification. Years of established growth were lost in our case.
Be very specific about what should be preserved before work begins.

This company just doesn’t care about its clients. We’ve had them for 2 years and we’ve had more weeds than ever. They don’t hold their employees accountable for a bad job (pre-emergent coverage)which their staff even acknowledged when we cancelled their service. They were suppose to level my front lawn and did a poor job of that too and although Brock promised they would fix it, nobody ever did. Good riddance. Find a better company.

Just to be clear they do not care about their customers. The lady answering my call was more than happy to cancel our service even though she had pictures from their shoddy work (they take pictures of every service). No offer to remedy the situation just a simple “oh no wonder you’re cancelling”. The reply below just lip service to appear helpful. Downgrading the rating to one star now.
