Post remodel my contractor hired a clean up crew but there was a cloudiness and what seemed to be paint or stomped in dust in the grooves of my lvp floor.

We hired some general cleaners who just shrugged and said they tried sorryboutcha etc which was really frustrating!!

We tried to clean it ourselves but we just couldn’t do it ! EcoFreshExpress to the rescue! They came in on short notice right before Christmas and in a matter of hours had it looking wonderful. They did the entire house by the way! Somewhere around 1800 Square feet in that time!!!

James came by on a Saturday after 5 PM to test a few methods before they did the actual cleaning and he was very kind in explaining their methods and products and the care they take to make sure they don’t hurt your floors in the process of cleaning them.

I have never had a better experience with a company. 5 million stars.

What an AMAZING team of professionals who have integrity and kind hearts. My group had received donated rugs for an Afghan refugee family. All of these needed to be professionally cleaned. One had a big coffee stain in it. I called several places to find someone who could take care of these for a reasonable cost. It was such a delight to connect with Chris who volunteered to clean all of these at no charge!

And, he gave this gift of time joyfully and with such professionalism. The spot was removed and I was so proud to present these lovely carpets to the family last night. In fact, from now on, he will be my preferred carpet and rug cleaner for my own needs.

I highly recommend KPA Carpet Cleaning Service. Michael came out and stretched 3 rooms of carpet and was very professional, friendly and courteous. He was excellent at explaining everything to me. I am going to use him to steam clean my carpets too. Give him a try. You will be glad you did.

Michael did a great job. He was upfront about the condition of the carpet and did a fantastic job. He cleaned 4 rooms and re-stretched 2 of them. Very professional and on time. You won't find a harder worker. He showed up ready to work. I was extremely satisfied.

Michal and Laurie were very professional and helpful with some very good advice. They cleaned my carpet and white tile kitchen floor. Both are old.
The white tile looks great.
The carpet is also worn in many spots. Nevertheless, they made it look sooo much better. Using them on a regular basis would keep your carpet looking new.
I will definitely use KPA again and will recommend their services anytime.

Highly recommend Michal and his company for Carpet re stretching. He showed up 15 minutes early and was ready to work. He took his time and made sure to focus on quality of his craft. 4 rooms stretched in an hour was fantastic. We needed someone that could give a quote and get the job done with excellence ASAP Michal Defiantly saved us time and money compared to competitors.

Preston came out to complete the work and he called in advance just as Michal described. Preston went above and beyond even making sure to cover our wood floors in the common areas with plastic when bringing in the cleaning equipment so as not to cause any harm.

KPA has been fabulous! I called on Sunday to schedule a time for someone to come stretch the carpet in our new house. We were offered next day service!!

The carpets to my new home were super bad. KPA & America United came and did a great job doing a deep clean and stretching out my carpet where it needed and then recommending the best options for my situation.
