Michael and his team were friendly, professional and very knowledgable in their expertise. They gave a thorough pre and post assessment of the condition of our carpet. They did a great job on the cleaning and gave us some helpful information to consider for the future care of our carpet. We would definitely use them again! 5 ⭐️

My dog absolutely slaughtered my carpet during a moment of high anxiety. It was in shreds from where he clawed and bit at it. He was able to fit me into the schedule next day and had it repaired in less than an hour. You can’t even tell the difference between the new and old carpet. Prices were best on the market!

Michael was so awesome. He gave me advice on caring for the carpet and it looks amazing. Three dogs pee on it often but even the pee stains are gone. Highly recommend KPA.

I contacted KPA carpet for an estimate to stretch and clean our carpet. Michal was very easy to work with. He came out and explained exactly how he would do it etc. He was prompt, polite and professional. The price was fair and he did an amazing job stretching the carpet, it was pretty bad. It’s great now. The lady that came with him and cleaned the carpet (I didn’t get her name) was also polite, professional and knowledgeable. We are super happy with the services from KPA.
