I’ve used this company multiple times for my dry cleaning and typically don’t have issues; however I was significantly over charged and called to speak to a manager about the price difference and her only response was “that’s the price hun.” After going there multiple times being charged the same price it’s frustrating to have a manger that couldn’t answer my question l, nor fix the issue that arose. Very unprofessional.

I have used this dry cleaners in the past multiple times, they where very good before, but my last visit, was not good at all, they have lost all Professional demnor and attention to detail, they are resting on there laurels because they have been voted best dry cleaners in the past, but the last year there customer service has vastly dropped, if people are taking there clothes to get dry cleaned that means they care about there clothes and appearance, they have

I wonder if they don’t tell you the prices in advance so they can hold your items hostage if you don’t pay? I’d like my prices in advance.

Dry cleaned shirts were almost $9 per shirt!They did a good job but thought their prices were very high

I had good service until they gave me someone else's clothing and gave my clothing to someone else. I returned the items that weren't mine and was told they'd contact me once they located mine. That was a couple of months ago, and I still hadn't heard from them or have been compensated for losing my items.

Worst experience! They took our items in on Thursday and we called on Saturday to pick them up. They told us they wouldn’t have them until 6pm (they close at 3pm), then they told us they won’t be done until Monday. We decided to pick them up on Saturday, and got our brand new items back stained and smelling like perfume 🤢. I called to inform the establishment, and was told they didn’t do it with no apologize. They didn’t try to make this right at all !! DONT GO HERE

I came in and ask details about what they can do to remove the stain from my cashmere sweater. The lady at the front desk said it was weird I was asking the details. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never be back here

I have used this location in the last few years, but this week the items I dropped off were picked up and paid for by someone else. The manager was extremely unhelpful and stated that they must’ve had my phone number, or “maybe there were two of me” And said I was welcome to check back in and see they showed up. They did not apologize. I know accidents happen, but i am more disturbed by their lack of accountability and complete apathy what happened.
