They lack customer service can’t do anything there your clothes are sent out and do a terrible job

I've had the pleasure of using each of their locations and the staff have always been friendly and responsive during each visit. I recently sent a heap of ties that had grease or stains and they feel like new again.

Put an adhesive label on the embroidered label of a coat and it damaged the embroidery when I pulled it off. They never bothered to tell me that this was supposed to be a permanent addition and then wouldn't even refund my cleaning; told me I needed the bring the coat in.

I love this cleaners! Carla and the others who work the front are so personable and friendly. My clothes are always consistently well cleaned. I actually enjoy coming here!

I don't have a closet full of "dry clean only", but the few pieces I have can always be trusted to Legacy. Sometimes, I even spoil myself and do wash & fold. So nice to not have to mess with laundry day.

These guys work miracles! They managed to get an awful dye stain out of my favorite sweater. They've also gotten grease stains out of a leather jacket in the past. I will be coming here for all of my tough stains in the future.

Friendly and efficient service. Shirts were cleaned and pressed, meeting my expectations. The communication they provide was like none I had experienced from a dry cleaners.

I have to echo a previous review that the prices they charge are rather high for the service provided. I dropped two shirts off that I merely needed pressed since they were new and already clean. When I picked the items up they weren't even pressed correctly as I specified but I was also charged $14.

Best experience. I had a couch cover that I was hesitant to clean because of shrinking and color fading--not any issues at all. I was pleased with every part of the service I received. Will go back again for anything else, and recommend this cleaner to anyone looking for great service.

Legacy Cleaners saved my day! Not only were they they ONLY place in town that would do same day on a Saturday, they were super nice and answered all of my questions. Their prices are fair, you get what you pay for. &my boyfriend's suits/shirts/ties that I took there today looked just as good as the day he bought them! I highly recommend their services, and can definitely say I'll never use another laundry service!

Absolutely the best cleaners there is. They take care of everything with such perfection. And they will always fix any issue that arises. I’ve used several cleaners around both OKC & Edmond - and now, this is the only one I’ll ever use.

NOT SAME DAY!.
I called before I came in and they told me that they would do a same-day cleaning. My son drove home from college for a funeral and needed his suit pants cleaned. When I got to the cleaners 45 minutes later, they told me that they could not Guarantee that it would be done by the end of the day. This was at 8:30 am. I did manage to get the pants cleaned at another cleaners in Oklahoma City. I believe Legacy is a good cleaner. I just think that the advertising for same-day should be taken off their advertisement on Google. And I also think if you absolutely need something same day that you should choose another cleaners in Oklahoma City. Nichols Hills has same day.

While the service was fine for drop off/pick up, the price was rather high. They also miscounted my drop off, only noticing 1 pair of paints – which might be understandable since they were identical, but if it's your line of business, you think one would pay a little more attention. When I called to ask about my missing pants, they refused to accept that there could have been a mistake on their end since only one pair was recorded, under the wrong name to add insult to injury. So you can probably go here if you're willing to pay quite a bit to risk losing clothes that cost too much to begin with.
