Great job cleaning and fixing a couple spots! Would highly recommend!

We replaced our carpet for the entire house. Michael was knowledgeable and advise us on what type of carpet would be ideal for our house. He found the exact carpet we wanted. Also he was very prompt and reliable and courteous. Not only did he replace our carpet he also clean the grout on our tile area. He also did a follow up which is great customer service. KPA is totally the one stop for all your carpet and floor cleaning !!!! Thanks !!!!

Michael did a repair job on a section of damaged carpet. He came out the very next day after I called. Michael was very professional, and did a great job of explaining what he did and how to take care of it moving forward. The work looks great!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Micheal from KPA Carpet Cleaning recently stretched the wall-to-wall carpet in our large bonus room. He was able to be very accommodating with an appointment time. He arrived promptly and got right to work-- accurately estimated the amount of time it would take to complete the work. He was both professional and pleasant. The carpet looks great--better than I expected it could. Micheal also advised us very honestly about other flooring needs/problems we had in our home. We were very satisfied with the cost--zone fact maybe even a little surprised at how reasonable it was. We will use KPA Carpets again and would highly recommend Micheal and his company.

I have had Michael and KPA help with several rooms in my house over the past couple of months from cleaning, replacing padding, stretching and installing new flooring. He and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. On time, very fair pricing and excellent work. Our dog was home alone while my girlfriend was getting surgery, and he tore up a significant amount of carpet. I called Michael with KPA in the evening, he picked up immediately, came out the next morning, and repaired the large spot and a few small patches in just a couple hours. Scheduling the service was easy. Originally , I thought I needed to put my house on the market immediately, and they accommodated my request. They were even flexible when I changed the date when the rush wasn’t needed. The service itself was exceptional, and the owner was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Michael was very prompt, courteous and easy to work with. I called on a Friday afternoon and he scheduled service for Saturday morning. He was very honest and clear about the service, prices, and limitations of what the carpet treatment was capable of doing; so we would not have false expectations. He was also very informative; explaining the process and how it works. The price was very fair, especially for a last-minute Saturday service and the results were great! This is a locally-owned company, so I appreciate all the positive aspects of doing business with him.

I was thrilled with this team!!! The professionalism is off the charts!!! This team is extremely knowledgeable!!!! They set reasonable expectations and exceeded those. I have had many comments at how great my carpets look. I have already been highly recommeneding them to my friends. They run circles around the people who did it previously!!!!! I was shocked how fast they were and how careful they were with my furniture.

Our dog shredded a spot of the carpet down to the wood. KPA was super fast to respond. They were so kind and did a great job patching the carpet, and were very accommodating when I had to reschedule. Not to mention it was super affordable and way less than what some of the bigger name companies wanted to charge for the same patch. Couldn't recommend them enough!

My cat urinated on the bedroom carpet, and it made the entire house smell bad. Michael and Chris came to inspect the carpet the day I called, then they were able to come the next morning to clean the carpet. Immediate results and great service!
