Fiberseal is amazing. The service the staff provides is beyond professional. They have saved rugs and furniture that I thought may have been ruined by pet stains. I only trust fiberseal with all my rugs, carpets and furniture items.

Great response time and excellent service. I had a full carpet cleaning last July and then had two pet stains (in two weeks) that I couldn’t get out. FiberSeal came out promptly for spot cleaning both times. Highly recommend!

We had a large area rug picked up for cleaning while we were out of town. Fiber Seal had the rug at their warehouse for a couple weeks for treatment. Was told the rug would be submerged and thoroughly cleaned and treated. When the rug was returned it was obvious it hadn’t been wet much less cleaned or treated. The paper tag from the manufacture was still on the rug. It was never wet, cleaned, or scrubbed.

I have been using Fiber Seal in my business for years. We occasionally get our customers carpet or upholstery dirty. I call them and they head right out so my customers are happy. I have started using them in my personal home. They do great work. The employees who show up are always courteous and helpful. They let me know when they will be arriving and have always been on time. My only choice for carpet and upholstery cleaning!!

I contacted the office to schedule an appointment and spoke with a very nice young lady. I needed some spot cleaning and cleaning of rugs and bed and bath area downstairs. She asked if I could do spot cleaning one day and other cleaning on another day. I agreed. The spot cleaning was scheduled for May 1 and the other cleaning for May 6. On BOTH days the men did not come at the scheduled time and I had to call the office to get the service done. The cleaners were both very courteous and did a pretty good job.

I called and fiber seal and they responded quickly and sent a trained young man to help me get the spots out and he will come back and spray it again to seal the fabric.

As always Fiber-Seal did an excellent service and job for us! Prompt, courteous, friendly, attentive and great results. Great products! Great Service. Have used Fiber-Seal for over 40 years on furniture, rugs, carpet, draperies and anything that needs protection. Wouldn't want any other product. Fiber-Seal is the best!

Austin and his teammate came and cleaned our whole house carpets. Extremely respectful, thorough, and did a fantastic job. All the spots, high traffic areas, and issue areas are as close to perfect as possible. Carpet looks brand new. Thank you gentlemen! Will use again and would HIGHLY recommend.

Kam and Seth were great! Treated the furniture and were as polite as could be. We will likely have it re-treated again in a year or so - and we'd love to have these two guys come back!

Rob (owner) and Chris were very diligent in removing some algae that had accumulated on our second story brick. They were attentive to detail in order to remove it, but also taking precautions to care for what was below them on the ground to ensure it wasn’t damaged (a grill and a flower bed). While on the roof, they informed me and showed me live photos of a clogged section of gutter they noticed resulting from a neighbor’s unkempt tree. I asked if they had time to clear the clog and they did - also very diligent to not just dump all of the leaves and debris from the gutter to the ground. I would highly recommend and will use again!
