I needed someone to clean the outside of my chimney before a repair, and asked Exterior Cleaning Professionals to come out and have a look. I'd been told the chimney was stucco, but Rob figured out that it was actually painted concrete, and he came up with a strategy to clean it even though I have a pergola around it which made access tricky.

I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions, and Rob was super helpful- he listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed. And of course he did amazing an amazing job, finishing safely and ahead of schedule. These are good people doing good work, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks Rob!

His hand scrubbing (hard work!) method got outstanding results that seriously exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier that we were able to get Rob and his company to do this for us. I wish I could give this place a zero. I hired this company to install new gutters, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They installed the wrong size and color gutters, then took over two weeks to come back and fix their mistakes. Communication was poor throughout the process, and when they finally corrected the work, they still demanded more money on top of what I had already paid despite the inconvenience and delays. When they opened the box truck, gutters and sweeps were falling out and they didn’t bother to pick them up

The whole experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that does quality work and stands behind their word.

so grateful for joe and his team!! had to make a super last minute appointment bc i completely forgot that i needed to get my apartment's carpet professionally cleaned before i moved out. i was so stressed!! a quick google search of "carpet cleaning okc same day" brought me to joe's carpet cleaning's website. called the number listed at 10am and was able to get the service booked for the same day at 3pm!!! as a millennial, i absolutely dread booking things thru the phone, but the phone call was literally:
-me: hey i need to book a carpet cleaning service for hopefully today or tmrw pls
-joe: no prob. i got an opening today at 3pm. i'll text u so u can msg me the deets.
-me: *cries tears of relief* kk thx bye.
i actually wasn't in state when i booked this service, but they offer multiple options for payment (ie; paypal, venmo, cashapp, & square) so i was easily able to pay online and didn't have to be there at all. went to the apartment at the end of the day to check everything and the makeup stain on the carpet was completely gone! highly recommend them!!!
