Did a good job on the floors/carpets. Scheduled quickly and Joe did a great job of handling a small issue that popped up. The floors look great!

Note: I was contacted by Joe's saying they do not have me listed as a customer and they are not aware that they provided services for me. This is very disturbing, as I paid $240 with a check on the day of service on October 10, 2024. It says a lot about a company that they may have employees providing services without knowledge of management and I encourage you to follow through to ensure that this is not happening to other customers. My original review:

Quick response and appointment, but that is where my satisfaction with the service ended.

Very disgruntled employee cleaned two sofas and did not protect my hardwood floors - leaving lots of soapy cleaning solution on my floors. When I pointed it out, he said he would mop the floor, but in doing so, left a residue that took the finish off my floors. (The floors under the sofas should have been covered to protect them - it took me two hours of scrubbing to remove what I could of cleaning solution residue with water.)

When I reviewed his work and asked about stains that had not been addressed, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "Sorry. That's the best I can do."

I am extremely happy with the sofa cleaning service! We have a large U-shaped sectional, and it honestly looks like new again. Joe was very professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. He explained everything clearly and worked carefully on every section. The fabric feels fresh, clean, and smells great, with no residue left behind. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Joe’s Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for high-quality, professional service. We will definitely be using him again!

We have been with JK a few years. They are reliable and manage pre/post clean for all our larger meetings and events in addition to their regular cleaning routines. Management and cleaning crews and responsive to special requests and they are affordable.
