I had great experience with MIJ carpet cleaning service. They removed stains and brought the carpet to like new conditions.
Their staff are professional and friendly and very responsible. The They also offer other services like patching and repairs which was convenient in my case.

Just purchased a home in the Edmond area 3 weeks ago. The sellers of the home agreed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. They went with this company for that service @ $180.00. I’m not sure if the day services needed that there was a lack of “attention to details” or services even being rendered. At the time of moving in the carpet really didn’t look like anything had been done but trying to give the benefit of the doubt I continued to inspect the rest of the house. Since I was not involved in the initial process of having the carpets cleaned I assumed that the job had been done...until I decided to purchase a vacuum cleaner (since I’m still waiting on my HHG goods) to arrive I vacuumed all the carpeted rooms. Let’s just say I was completely shocked to see how much debris, lint/fuzz and dog hairs I collected in my little $80 vacuum and that was just one room in the house...not to mentioned that I’ve been finding little nails all throughout the house where we have been sleeping on air mattresses; the closet areas, hallways and living room. These nails are not just located along the base boards but in the center of all the rooms. As much dirt, debris and pet hairs that I’ve collected by vacuum I cannot believe that this company cleaned, steam and shampooed this house. The previous owners moved out well before 22 of Jan. Why does the house have sooo much dog hair and debris if it was cleaned? I ask this question to the owner and the response i received was how expensive his equipment was. and how he remembered being paid the $180.00 but couldn’t explain the process that the cleaners use when servicing a reaidential house. He stated that he “doesn’t know what they did on that day but his equipment cost about $80,000. That’s all well and good that he purchased a high quality equipment...it’s just sad that that same equipment wasn’t used in the cleaning of this house that I will have to have cleaned before my hhg goods arrive. I have no problems with supporting a business as long as the quality and accountability of the work is 100%. I don’t believe that the quality or the representation by the owner made me believe that they 100% stand by their work if the work was even done. So for that I will not utilize their services ever nor recommend this company to anyone that I know looking to for carpet cleaning services.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was a loyal customer for 7 years until Joe sent a crew to my home that did not speak English.They were late,quoted a higher price vs. price Joe (owner) quoted me originally and did a piss poor job cleaning! They did not go into the crevices of the couch and dog hair was still visible. I repeatedly asked them to slow down and re-do. They left lateral dirt streaks in my cream couch because they were to LAZY to take their time and be precise. The guy said it would disappear when the couch dried and that was a LIE. The next day, I had to spend more money and do the job myself and a better job at that! I felt cheated.I called Joe and he said he would come back and re-clean the couch. He kept postponing and STOOD me up several times, then he STOPresponding to my calls and text.I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau and he never responded.I would NEVER recommend him to anyone because he treats customers like crap, he does not take responsibility or own up to unprofessional behavior, and has horrible customer service! He has proven to be a JERK and PISS POOR business man!

They were fantastic, I actually had a Stanley Steemer franchise and ran 3 in LA and have always used them, but they were booked up so I went locally. By far a great decision, no smell after the clean and still not one. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future .

These guys are lifesavers. Seriously! Between kids who have been sick and thrown up multiple times on the carpet and dogs who poop in the house, every time I call them, they get me in right away and always get out whatever nastiness was on my carpets. Super nice people and very accommodating. They are my go-to carpet cleaners!

OUR NEW GO-TO FOR CARPET CLEANING NEEDS
1. Joe responded promptly on a Saturday afternoon for a Monday appointment. I could not get an answer from other companies on such short notice.
2. The crew showed up on time and were done in no time! They were pleasant and wore masks as requested.
3. MY CARPETS ARE ACTUALLY SOFT AND CLEAN. We've used Stanley Steamers annually and never fully satisfied. I could see the difference as they cleaned. No comparison l. Spots others missed, Joe's Carpet caught.
4. Also hired for couch and mattress cleaning. They must have some magic in their spray solution. The stains DISAPPEARED RIGTH BEFORE MY EYES!

When I initially inquired about services with Joe's Carpet Cleaning, I emphasized to the owner the importance of removing insufferable pet odors. With that being said, I was explicitly told by the owner that he "specialized" in removing pet odors with a supposed "3-part enzyme" cleaning process.

After being reassured that any pet odors would be eliminated, I scheduled service for the odors to be eradicated from our carpets. For the record, Joe's crew arrived almost an hour late than our scheduled appointment. Mind you, we are very tolerant and understanding when it comes to businesses being late since there are variables outside of one's control. However, we weren't given any rationale or reasoning as to why they were late, not to mention that they never even took the time to acknowledge their tardiness once they did arrive. Once his crew had completed the job, I was told by a member of the crew that I would have to wait for a period of 3 hours so that the carpets would have time to settle.

Once my wife and I moved into our new home the next day, we were overwhelmed by the gag-inducing odor of wet dog that permeated through the house. We took it upon ourselves to eliminate the odor by renting a Rug Doctor unit from Walmart, and we almost effortlessly eliminated the odor completely.

After respectfully expressing our concerns to the owner the next day, he was not only disputatious and argumentative, but he took no accountability for his undelivered promises.

As a settlement, we agreed that he would issue us a full refund for the poor level of service. Unfortunately, my wife and I never received a refund. Consequently, we chose to be proactive by submitting a complaint through the Better Business Bureau since this ordeal constitutes as consumer fraud. Coincidentally, this isn't the first occurrence in which someone had submitted a complaint for this business.

In an act of complete malice and retaliation, Joe had posted a fraudulent review under my personal business denigrating my operation because of his inability to control his emotions. You'll find substantiated evidence supporting this claim under Blackstone Detail with Joe Safarik as the reviewer.

I highly recommend this company! They did a great job and were very friendly. Best part about Joe and his crew is they were able to come clean my carpet and tile working 2 hours of me calling them.

We contacted them to clean our carpet. We talked to them on the phone and explained EVERYTHING they were suppose to clean. They quoted us $120 for our small 3 bedroom house. Before they came out we text them our address and again wrote out everything they are to clean. They wrote back yes it will be $120. When they get here they said the price was $140. They refused to acknowledge they quoted us $120. In fact, they told us $120 is the price from 2013, not 2015. I would not recommend using them! Several other companies out there that charge $120 and keep their word.

Absolutely fantastic and so sweet! Their technology is new and helped them do a quick, efficient job. They priced me honestly for my small areas that needed to be done and I will be using them again!

After another well known company did not show up for our scheduled and confirmed appointment I called Joe. Thomas was at my house in 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES!! Thomas did a great job. Carpets look amazing. I will not ever call anyone else. Thank you so very much.
