We had Joe's come by to do some carpet and upholstery cleaning. I expected them to just come by and give me a quote, but they came by gave me a quote and got started right away. A lady came in to negotiate the price with me. Their prices online didn't exactly match up with what she decided, but fair enough. Be aware folks that a sectional sofa is likely to be charged a bit more and know whether or not you've a "double living-room". I got charged for that, though they didn't move my couch or entertainment console. On the whole, he did a good job cleaning my carpets and couch. The lady was a bit bossy and snippy while negotiating. But the work was sound so no real complaints.

I highly recommend Joe's Carpet Cleaning Service. Thomas showed up on time, was very thorough and friendly. He did so well on the carpet I had him clean the grout and I am so glad I did. The floors didn't look this good when we we moved in.

We have a two story office building, and we called Joe's carpet cleaning and moving to have them clean the whole building. Most traffic is in the hallways and meeting rooms, some traffic is in the kitchen and offices. We’ve had previous carpet cleaners, but we could not see a difference once they finished. After Joe's crew cleaned the building, we can definitely see a big difference. All traffic spots and stains are gone, carpets look so bright and like new. I had my carpets cleaned for the first time in 4 years. With 3 kids and a dog, I never imagined them looking decent again but Joe made them look like new! Loved their service and would recommend them to anyone. Definitely using them again....

Could not be happier with the job he did. I never knew my carpet and tile could look so clean. I was going to replace all the tile in my house because I was so unhappy how dull it looked. Joe came out and cleaned my carpet and my tile floors. It looks like it did the day I moved in my home. I appreciated how much time and care he spent on my home. He was on time and explained everything he was doing. I Would not only recommend him, but would use him again and again to clean any of my flooring needs.

Joe's Carpet Cleaning was prompt and fast. Next day service was Great and much appreciated! Carpets look awesome, much better than when we have rented and done it ourselves in the past. This is a good trustworthy company you can depend on!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! BUYERS BEWARE! My pregnant wife and I were buying a home and needed carpet cleaning and moving services. I called them 3 weeks in prior to moving to schedule both cleaning and moving services. Everything sounded okay even though I had to speak to Joe about the cleaning and Shawn (his partner I’m assuming) about the moving. A week prior to the move I called again to confirm everything and here’s where I should have realized something was terribly wrong. I could not get a hold of Joe or Shawn, I left messages on both their voice mails. Days later I got a call back with completely wrong information; they had messed up the address. After correcting all the information and reiterating we need the cleaning service after we close on our house at 11AM, Shawn assured me their moving and cleaning services were top notch and that I would be impressed. Nothing could be further from the truth. On the day of our cleaning service Joe's crew showed up hours ahead of schedule, called us and couldn’t speak or understand much English. Joe/Shawn had never communicated the correct time. We were still closing on our house so we called Joe and informed him of the error. He said he would call the crew and straighten things out. The crew called back and said they wouldn't be available until 6PM and they would call when they were on their way. We reluctantly agreed since we had no other choice. Around 530PM, they called back stating they were at the property and asked if we could now come to the property (no respect for customers time). So we went immediately and they were not there. Had to call Joe again to find out what was going on. They showed up 10 minutes later saying they had to go get coffee at the gas station as they were exhausted and extremely busy. After giving them a walk-through of the house they tried to charge us more than what we had originally agreed with the business owner Joe. I called Joe and confirmed our house was 3 bedrooms. He said the price should not be any different than what he quoted. I handed the phone to one of the workers. They exchanged words in their foreign language. When he returned the phone, I discovered they were trying to charge more for two dark spots. That is the point of carpet cleaning!.
After Joe talked to them again they started work with a crappy attitude mumbling to themselves. They did not even try to get the dark spots out and did a hurried job and left. These people were a waste of time and money. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK; I don’t understand how they have some good reviews on here unless they are fake reviews.
The next day we were scheduled to move at 9 – 930am. 930am comes and goes – nothing, 10am, 1030am still nothing. I try to call Shawn and it goes straight to voicemail, I call Joe and he picks up and tells us that he will get a hold of Shawn and ask him to call me. I call Joe 2 more times over the next 2 hours and then I realize they are not going to show up at all. So here we are boxes everywhere ready to have our stuff moved to our new house scrambling with a pregnant wife to find a company to help us move. I was so frustrated and angry I wanted to go speak to someone, the address listed in Google is a UPS mailbox location. So this company does not even have a legitimate office. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I have used Joe's to clean my carpets for a few years. The job is always thorough and done to perfection. The prices are very reasonable and fair. The techs have always been very friendly and professional. I will continue to use Joe for my carpets.

I called with a request for upholstery cleaning. Joe was able to schedule me same day. Two people came, all equipped, nice demeanor, worked super fast. No problems so ever. I hope I will never need a service, but if I do, will call Joe for sure.

The lovely ladies that cleaned my carpet just left and I am thrilled with their service!! They were quick, thorough, and very fair with the pricing. I will absolutely have them out regularly! My carpet looks and feels amazing! Especially for being neglected for almost 5 years.. 😅

Our realtor recommended Joe's to us when we moved into our new home and discovered that the carpet was filthy. They were available to come out on the same day, did a fantastic job, and were fairly priced. Highly recommended!

I was so shocked that I could find a company to come out short notice and they came out the same day!! He came on time and was quick! I had my carpets cleaned in 4 bedrooms all with walk in closets and the tile/grout cleaned in 4 bathrooms, mud room, kitchen, kitchenette, long hallway and rear entrance. That’s over 2,400 sf of floors cleaned. It only took a couple hours and only cost me half of what I thought it would be or should be. I hired several companies in the past and always fell short. Had scheduled carpet and tile cleaning over the phone with the owner of the company a week before. Schedule was for late evening and called to reconfirm at noon. They said will be there on time. I was waiting at the property for their guys at the scheduled time and nobody showed up. Called the company and owner answered the phone. I told them I had reconfirmed at noon today and am waiting at the location. He asked who are you? I don’t know as we get lot of calls every day. And he said he cannot come that day and cannot send anybody as well. Truly unprofessional. I had to get the property ready for a move in. Being scheduled a week ahead and reconfirmed on the day, owner said his system is not showing this a a scheduled. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Will use them again! They were able to get out strong dog urine stains/smells from my carpet (after a month of me trying myself). Apartment smells back to normal. When I called; Joe answered immediately and was able to get me taken care of within 48 hours even accommodating my late work schedule. When the duo showed up they were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend to any pet owners who are still in the housebreaking phase.

On time, polite, and did a phenomenal job! We agreed on a price for a few rooms, and once he arrived we added a few more rooms for a great price as well. I recommend Joe's to anyone! We will be hiring them again next time we need carpet cleaning.

I don't often post reviews but I felt my service today warranted public praise. I can't RAVE enough about how amazing my carpet looks! I didn't think having my carpets cleaned would work so well because in the past the results were sub par in comparison to Joe's services. Tomas was very polite and professional. He spent time working on stained areas and truly worked as if he was cleaning his own carpets. I will recommend Joe's to my family and friends!!! Thanks Guys

I have used Joe’s for years. They are always on time, efficient, and friendly. They have kept our 8 year old couch looking brand new through out the years. I have also used their carpet cleaning services twice, and my carpets looks brand new when they are done. I recommend them every time some says they need their carpet cleaned.

Setting an appointment with Joe was fast and easy! Prices are upfront and there are no hidden charges. He did an amazing job cleaning the tile throughout my home! I will definitely be using him again!
