I just went with my husband Melvin as he had done work on the place and they were very friendly. I will say they have a huge warehouse of supplies and equipment to stock(cleaning products, toiletries (industrial size) to use in your own business. They even had vacuums and giant fans. Very nice people. I would use them if I ever get to need bulk supplies.

Management consistently expects workers to work time for free ESPECIALLY if it is a family member, friend or relative. Company is fine. Management is some of the most abhorrent I have ever seen. Working one's own children for free labor to save your can cause you can't manage anything. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Love Auni (I think that's how her name is spelled), she's fast and efficient, and I didn't have to dictate what I wanted done. I would definitely recommend and use Total Care in the future!

I used the OKC location for a large home to be cleaned top to bottom, I could not believe how amazing it looked when I came back. They did not miss any details! Highly recommend! I will always be using this company in the future.

My house is 2600 square feet. I purchased 6 hours of cleaning, and they were unable to complete 3 of my 4 bedrooms in this amount of time. I am able to have my house cleaned in 3 hours by Merry Maids. They were also 30 mins late.

Beverly and her team are wonderful! They are service-oriented (fit me in on short notice), thorough (the house sparkled), and a pleasure to interact with. I recommend them highly and plan to use them for a long time to come!

I have been using Total Care for over a year to clean our home every other week. It is so refreshing to come home to our house after it's been cleaned. They use their products so consistency is always present and the house smells wonderful. I won't use anyone else.

We had two individuals come clean our house for the first time. Julia, and another individual I will not name, because I do not like dragging people through the mud for their poor performance. I hold the company - in this case, Total Care Housekeeping - responsible. Julia did an AMAZING job. If you have to use this company, I would recommend asking for Julia.

The other individual did not appear to do a very good job. Things were not dusted like we asked, there was a residue left on our counter tops that appeared to be cleaning liquid not wiped up, and it appears the drainage hose to our washer was removed, and not properly put pack. This last issue caused a massive amount of water in our utility room and kitchen, where all our towels were used to soak up the water. Thank goodness, there was no actual damage caused.

I will give the company credit, when we voiced our original complaint about the initial cleaning, and the areas missed, Julia came back out and cleaned the areas the other individual missed, and wanted to do whatever it took to make things right. She is a GREAT individual who truly cares about the job she does.

So in summation, I would pass if you have another option, but ask for Julia if you have no other choice.

As a mother of 3 I was so grateful Beverly was able to fit us in so quickly! She sent Cristina out for a 3 hour clean and did SUCH an amazing job! She did more than I expected! I will be using their services regularly. Love love love!

We have been using Total Care Housekeeping for 6 months now- and they have been 5 Stars each and every single time if not more. Jackie is my favorite- although they are all wonderful! Our home is 2700 square feet- 4 bedrooms- and it is sparkling every time they come- from the floors to the counter tops and the mirrors and more. I can’t say enough positive things about them! They are accommodating and an asset to have. I wouldn’t call anyone else and neither should you!!!

I've been using Total Care for little over a year now. Beverly is usually who comes out, and she happens to be great house keeper and is very attention to detail. She always gets the job done with no mistakes. I recommend this company and if I could rate them with more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you ladies for doing a great job!

Perhaps, one of the most important things about MultiClean is the way they treat their employees – it really looks and feels like they are a family!

Ah man, the staff was absolutely amazing, they created such welcoming environment, especially that lady Liz, she is was incredible. She seems to have an answer to whatever I threw at her. Thank you, you were a big help.
