Cisco, TK, and Dre were amazing and friendly! So grateful they came and took care of us!

My aerobic system sprinkler pump stopped working. Cisco came out and inspected the system and found that a faulty float caused the pump to run continuously and unfortunately burned up the motor. He sent pics and videos showing me what had happened. When I called in after I talked to customer service, they sent an email letting me know the appointment was set up and then another to let me know they were on the way with a picture of the tech that would be doing the work. Everyone I talked to was friendly and Cisco did an excellent job in explaining what was wrong and also replacing the part needed. I highly recommend Milty’s Boys for any of your septic system needs!

Cisco was so awesome and informative. When we were having trouble with our aerobic septic system. They let us know that it was an electric issue and helped us find the people to fix the electrical issue. It was such a smooth process and then they were able to get our system back up and running and pumped. Thanks, Milty’s Boys Septic.

Great work, if you can get them to call you back. I've had to make multiple calls a month to get work scheduled for our company.

After getting a call back I was advised they cannot help me until after 9 am. This place was to be a 24 hr plumber. He was very rude and I asked if he can't help till am why advertise 24 hr service. He said calling me back at 230 am was the "service". Do not use this company

He did a great fast job and was able to get to the problem he was able to answer all the questions that I had and he arrived very quickly! I will definitely be recommending Ray's sewer service

The worst company I have ever delt with!!! The guy they sent out was the rudest and most unprofessional person. He was disrespectful and could not even explain anything to me correctly. They need to be shut down. I don't recommend anyone to use this company!!!

Ray's was quick and very nice and worked with me on the bill when they had to come out again. No complaints and I'll use them again.

These “professionals” will come in and tear your house up, and leave a huge mess for you to clean up. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, unprepared, and incompetent. Save yourself the headache and regret, and look for another provider of service. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Eugene provided great service today in unclogging my master bath shower. A few years ago, Eugene unclogged a sink in my home and did a great job that time, too. Very happy with Ray's Sewer Service and Eugene's work.

Told on a Tuesday, "will be there first thing on Friday." After three follow up calls, and vague answers, showed up at 6 pm. Job did get done, but would have appreciated a heads up on the rough time of day.

Showed up unannounced then charged me extra for all the lines they ran and said they unclogged it but didn’t actually fix the problem, Bc I have a leak. I had to call another company to come out and find the real problem. Did not seem like they wanted to find anything and just wanted to leave

Ray's Sewer Service is the best company that I have done business with in years: fast, affordable, and professional. They arrived at the appointed time, unclogged my main drain at the price that I was quoted, and they cleaned up the mess that they made during the repair process, I could not be more pleased and impressed with Ray's!

The guys were on time and completed the job quickly. Both were informative about conditions I called about. Will call Ray's next time I have a problem.

The lady I spoke with when I called was professional and courteous. The technician arrived within the time specified, and was also very professional. He was able to repair our problem within a short amount of time. I would recommend this business to anyone!
