When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was rude and acted as if I was imposing on her by calling. She told me she would call me in a few days and let me know when she could get guys out to see me. She never called, I had to call her. Then her guys never showed up during the hours she said they would. I even waited an extra hour thinking they might be running behind. When I called Ray's Sewer Service to inquire, they were rude and I ended up cancelling my appointment with them. I was referred to Ray's Sewer Service by a friend of the family- he said they were good guys and that he knew them personally. Really disappointed.

In a word, the worst company ever! They just want Money. They ended up charging over 3000 dollars for just parking their excavator for 5 days. Very poor handwritten invoice and calculations is not even right. During work hours, they never seemed sincere. Using phones, being idle, chatting, going to lunch,, buying parts took forever. And for doing nothing, charged over 7K. Other place bid for 3K. Ridiculous! What a rip off.

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER

DO NOT USE!!! I called to make an appointment yesterday for a rental property. The guy (I Think Ray) told me they would call when they were on their way. After waiting all day with no call back, I called to see what time they would be at my resident. The receptionist came to the phone after radioing the crew and said "They aren't coming today" NOTHING ELSE! No explanation, no lets reschedule, no nothing! I asked if they had planned on calling me to let me know, she responds, "I guess not" I didn't know you had an appointment. I asked her if she had any suggestion. She responded you can call back Monday....ALL RIGHT, NOT!!!

I️ had a sewer blockage in my home. I️ had two previous plumbers attempt to fix my problem (one of them being the "prominent" Roto-Rooter). After $600 to Roto-Rooter and $1k to another company, my problem was unsolved. After 5 days without necessities in home, I️ called Ray's and set an appointment.

Mario, the technician, was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. Through the process he explained what he was doing and where the other companies went wrong. Within 15 minutes and it cost less than $200.

100% Ray's will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

I was driving behind one of the vans for Ray's and I don't know if they were drunk or texting on their phone but they were swerving all over the road and almost caused an accident. Train more responsible employees. For reference they were passing by Trader Joe's north of OKC at 840 am 12/20/2024

On Wednesday 12/22/2021 at 2:13 PM I called to schedule services for my front outside water spout that was dripping. I mentioned that I had Mario do some work for me in the past. You said the soonest that Mario could be out would be Monday 12/27/2021 and I agreed that I would be available. I was available at my house all day on Monday. I did not receive any kind of call letting me know approximately what time I would receive service. I called at 12/27/2021 at 1:23 PM to ascertain the approximate time as I had not heard from anyone and had been available and waiting. I spoke with a lady and asked what time should I expect service as it was getting late. I was told that Mario was overbooked and would not be able to make it to my house until Tuesday. To which I specifically stated a phone call would have been nice as I have been waiting all morning and most of the afternoon, regardless a full day off work. I stated that we had doctor appointments on Tuesday so we would need him to come after 2:00 PM and she said she would let him know. I called Tuesday at 4:53 PM asking the status. I spoke with Ray and was told that I should have called the office - which I shouldn't have to do because I had scheduled service so why would I need to call? Not only why should I call, but I did call. Multiple times. I was told on Tuesday afternoon that Mario was running behind and was supposed to call me. Well he didn't. So we sat another afternoon waiting with no call and no show. Ray said Mario would come on Wednesday, to which I insisted on being the first appointment at 9:00 AM. After Mario reviewed the situation he said the cost would be $200 to do a full replacement. I agreed to the full replacement because he said it would be $200. Then he went to the store to get the parts and I requested a water main valve shutoff tool and Mario said they were like $25 and I agreed to that. Once all the work was completed, Mario said the price would be under $300 not to worry including labor and the tool. I asked for an invoice and he said no worries, less than $300 and an invoice would be mailed, which is weird I always receive an invoice at time of service. I was expecting closer to $250 as I was quoted $200 all in to replace the dripping spout and "like $25" for the meter key. I then received a non itemized invoice for $433.70. I promptly called in this regard and explained I was quoted $200 for the new spout and $25 for the tool and that my bill would be under $300 to which Ray said Mario doesn't get to set the prices. Unfortunately yes, the service tech gives quotes, to which I agreed. If the quotes are not valid then how does a client agree or disagree to a service? That doesn't even make any sense. I then said we sat here for 2 days waiting for someone to show up to which I was told I should have called the office, to which I said I did and I spoke to you, to which I was told no I didn't and then Ray literally hung up the phone. This is made up pricing. This is all very upsetting as we really like Mario and he does a good job. The spout is fixed and looks good.

This us the second time we have used Ray's and both times they did a great job for a reasonable price. This time was a water heater that quit on us. The City inspector was most pleased with the quality of the work as we were.

I wanted to use this business to assist a family that is going without plumbing because they need their Septic Tank serviced. I called Irwin's Septic Tank Cleaning, Plumbing and Repair after finding them online. I am not sure how previous customers got treated with respect and "like family" but the woman I spoke with was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to me. I was asked if I would be meeting them at the property and I responded no but I would be the one paying. She told me that they needed my credit card on file and they would charge a minimum of $175. I told her the $175 was fine but if more work needed to be done could I be notified before my card was just charged with an unknown amount. I was told no to that request. I then told her I needed to put her on hold to speak with someone about this before I gave her my credit card and I proceeded to mute myself and to have the necessary conversation needed before a final decision was made. While I was muted, the woman was pretty vocal stating, "Yes this is how I talk to them" and when she finally said, "If she leaves me on hold any longer, she's gonna have to call me back. I have to get these trucks out." I paused my conversation and unmuted to let her know that it was okay for me to call her back if she had other calls to make. She said, "That's fine!" and proceeded to hang up on me. Now, why would I trust this company with my credit card and trust that they are ethical when I am treated like that. No thanks! Customer service goes a long way and when you are perfectly fine with talking to people rudely, why would someone trust you to help them, or in my case, service a family so they have properly running water. No thank you.

I am sure Ray is a great plumber, and he is a very friendly man. However, the company he runs is not professional. The first issue was the worker who came out told me Ray would come give us an estimate the following day. We trusted his word and took off work early in order to be there. Two hours later, we called the office and they had no idea what we were talking about. They assured us Ray would be out the following day. When he did come, he was very nice but did not bring the equipment he needed in order to give us an estimate. Ok, so he would come out the following business day on Monday. Meanwhile, we are living with no ability to flush toilets, take showers, or do laundry. There is no sense of urgency with this company to do their jobs. When he came out Monday (we were at work and left the gate open), he did not leave us a note and did not call us. We called the company that night and the lady on the phone gave us the written price estimate that he had come up with, but he had already left for the day. We asked him to call us back to discuss moving forward with the job. We have never heard back from him, two weeks later now. We have since called another sewer company who came out the next day, gave us a bid for the same job at a QUARTER of the cost that Ray wrote down, and they are completing the job for us within the week. Sorry Ray. You and your staff need to work on communication, professionalism, and fair pricing.

I’ve used Rays for many years and they are great!!

They were here 20 minutes, said they couldn't snake it and basically I was screwed. Then they said "that will be $180". Mullen was out the day before and did the same thing, their service charge was $130 and they spent a good hour working it and suggested a couple of solutions. I would recommend you calling another plumber than Ray's Sewer Service unless money and the problem being solved is not an issue.

Would not recommend. I’ve used them multiple times in the past for sewer line clean outs & it’s always been closer to $150-$200. This time? Closer to $500. If you have more than one clean out, they will now charge you an additional base service charge ($180) to clean them out… even though they’re at the same home. Find someone else.

    **Ray’s Sewer Service Review**

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of using Ray's Sewer Service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. On a recommendation from a friend who is a plumber, I reached out to Ray's for what I feared might be a costly sewer slab leak. I was bracing myself for a hefty $6,000 bill.

To my delight, Ray's Sewer Service responded immediately and sent a technician out the very same day. Chris, our technician, did a great job. He was not only friendly and extremely personable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the issue. Chris quickly identified the problem and fixed it for a mere $300.

The efficiency and professionalism displayed by Chris and the team at Ray's Sewer Service were truly impressive. If you're ever in need of reliable and affordable sewer services, I highly recommend giving Ray's a call. They saved us a significant amount of money and provided top-notch service. Thank you, Chris and Ray's Sewer Service, for a job well done!

Solid work and service. Called Ray’s to get an issue resolved that I could not figure out. They showed up, got the job done and even came back the following week because we had an issue with a drain pipe following the initial service call. Robert did a great job and was very personable, he is very good at what he does and I would recommend him for any plumbing work.

Called 2 times and the person answered and hung up. I called a 3rd time and operator said this is 3rd time really and hung up. Just shitty people answering phone. So I won't ever call them again because I don't need a shitty attitude plumber in my area

They ensured system flow via testing. Everything drains easily now. Professional and well-organized service. Very pleased with the outcome.
