The young men that came out to our place got right to work. They were very polite. They explained what they were going to do. They changed out our tub faucet that had broke. And both shower heads in our house. They did a fantastic job!

Needed an estimate for a bathroom in my shop. Jed contacted me within five minutes of me submitting my request. He was very courteous and the estimate was very reasonable. Getting a couple more quotes...if I end up going with Okie I'll update the review.

I choose Okie Rooter & Plumbing based on tgoogle reviews when searching for a plumber to work on my mother's house. John came out this past Saturday (7/6/24) to work on my plumbing needs and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and overall friendly demeanor as he was able to access the numerous issues I had and came up with viable solutions. The duration of the service was 3-4 hours but John didn't complain once and provided top notch service.

I have further plumbing needs for this house and I will be using Okie Rooter & Plumbing again in the near future when I am ready to schedule again.

This company really cares about their customer. I have a kitchen sink that was installed in a way that makes it super difficult to replace. I called Okie Rooter to have someone come out and give me a quote to replace/talk about it if was possible to put a new sink in. They came out to the house within hours and were very thorough in explaining the process, how they think that it would go, etc. We didn’t move forward with replacing our sink at the moment due to logistics and other projects we have going on in our home, but my husband and I both agreed that we will definitely be using this company in the future when we do decide to move forward with replacing the sink. Great customer service and very honest company.
