Free estimate "BULL" They came out to give me a "FREE ESTIMATE " and charged me $125. He poured my laundry soap down the drain pipe and said, " yep its leaking."
That's it. No more, no less. $125.

Guys were professional, good price, new their stuff👍. Worked hard - most of all got it done in a timely matter & both were just great guys. Thank you for a job well done & just a great overall experience. Much appreciated! 👏😁👍🛠️

This is the worst experience I ever had. They charged me for a job did half the work. Then when they came back to fix it they didn't secure the lines underneath. So when the water turned back on it sprayed everywhere so I took picture and video of the water. The plumber Blake decided as I was videoing it to slap his butt and told me to take a damn picture of that. Then walked outside got his phone and came back in and started taking pictures of me and said I can take pictures too. I've never been so disrespected in my life. Do not use them

Awesome company that's fair and professional. Two of their technicians Mr. Blake & Mr. Jason came out and not only gave me a free qoute, but took time to professionally explain the problem and walk me through what was going to be done step by step. The next day Two of their "troopers" Mr. Calvin & Mr. Seyd came and not only got down and dirty, but fixed a major problem in a matter of hours and not all day. And may I mention that when the job was completed they not only removed all dirt and debris, but vacuumed and wiped every speck of dust on our floor. P.S. To the receptionist in whom I initially spoke with, Ma'am i wish we'd gotten your name because it deserves to be mentioned also. But your kindness, knowledge and concern was the first reason my wife and I picked this company. I believe all with this wonderful company could use a raise, but to the five that ive mentioned, you deserve one.😀 GOD bless

As a property manager, Stone Creek is my go-to for anything in the realm of plumbing in the Metro--they quickly contact and schedule a convenient time for the tenant, making the tenant happy...and I'm kept in the loop regarding the problem, what choices are available, and a reasonable estimate that I can pass on to the owner for approval. Rick especially is a fantastic advocate and takes really good care of us, explaining the most technical details in a way that is understandable.

Called the guys around 930 in the morning and told them my issue. At first they said it would be the next day before they could come out. I told them I had been unable to use water for 2 days because the last plumber I called came out unprepared to do anything but run a snake, then told me it would cost $900 to fix my problem. I told the guys at Stone Creek I couldn't wait another day because with 4 young kids we really can't go without being able to flush toilets and take showers. The guys were great. The moved around some non emergency stuff and we're out by noon or 1. They found the main problem, fixed it and even came in $50 lower then they initially quoted. I would definately recommend and use these guys in the future.

The two guys who came out to fix the slab leak in my home were very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all questions I had and explained exactly what was going on, which was helpful to me as a first time home owner. Very efficient and would definitely use their services again.

We had a complex plumbing problem that required multiple attempts by 3 different plumbers to correct. Zach deserves recognition for his diligence and expertise since he was the one who found the problem and fixed it. He was wonderful!

Awesome company, called early morning after pipes blew overnight and they had Scott come out same day. Great guy, gave me lots of tips and info for next time. He had everything fixed really fast and everything looks and performs as it should now.

When I called the company I told them I needed a gas line ran to my pool heater. They assured me they knew what needed to be done. They ran the gas line with no way to regulate the gas and when I started the heater up all I smelt was gas. I had a representative from the pool company and a representative from the heater company. Both notified Johne the plumber that there was too much gas pushing out and the line needed a regulator. Because the plumber didn’t have a multimeter to check the gas pressure the heater rep had to check it. There was 32,000 psi pumping out of the line when it only supposed to be 10,000 psi. Johne returned and put a regulator on the pipe that didn’t work. So when I called an ask them to come back out and fix it after paying $2,300 they told me that’s not what they’re supposed to do. Don’t use this company they will send you inexperienced people and take your money.

They came out to give a quote on a possible rooted up main sewer line. Day 2 still no quote they said they were waiting on city to locate main. I called city and they said they nevet had a plumber ask that that most will call okie locate. The city said the would send a tech and place some blue flags. Still no answer from stone creek so I called 2 more plumbers that gave quote on the spot and I hired one of them. Just wonder if I would have went with stone creek how long my service would have been out.

Yesterday was my first experience using this company. A friend had recommended them and i'm so glad she did. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. I called at 3:30pm and they said they would have send someone out at 5:30 (the same day). Scott was actually 15 minutes early (when does that ever happen?!?) and the nicest person ever. Scott understood what my problem was and worked quickly to fix it. The best part is they didn't charge me an arm and a leg and my faucet is actually working better than when i first moved into my brand new home. i will use Stone Creek in the future and i highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Stone Creek Plumbing. I called at 8:00 AM in need of a new hot water heater and had a new one installed by 12:30 THAT DAY! Blake and his assistant were very fast and efficient with the install. I highly recommend this company and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

I wish I could leave zero stars. They came out, did the work, and it was great for a year. Now the valve is breaking yet again, the exact thing they "fixed" last time. They refuse to honor their own 2 year warranty, stating that we would have to pay for them to come out and fix what wasn't done right in the first place! We have spent thousands of dollars on plumbing through this company. And they won't come honor their own warranty on a shower valve. Ridiculous. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

These guys were great. Very responsive, on time and overall did a great job. We had some plumbing moved for a swimming pool install and these guys got started right away. Soil was extremely hard so they did have to leave to get a bigger machine. We also had a gas line installed for the pool’s heater and they made quick work of that too. There were a few finishing touches that needed to be addressed, but they returned right away and made sure everything was right. I would definitely use Stone Creek again.

Don’t even look in Stone Creeks Direction if you’re wanting professional plumbing services. They came out with an amateur plumber to do an estimate apparently and he quoted me wrong. After taking my deposit for said agreed quote. They came out only to realize the guy made a mistake so he said he would eat the cost difference because he quoted me wrong. That we would have to reschedule tho because he was not prepared for the job because he misunderstood what was being done and did not have the proper tools. He talked about how this cost more to do but he would eat the cost difference because of his mistake. No problem right? He left and told me he would be back at 10am the next day to start the job with the right tools. Next day rolls around we prepare for the arrival only to get a call from Stone Creek at 11am stating the new estimate was drawn up and I had to approve it before they would send the plumber out to our 10am appointment we already had set up. I checked the new quote and saw that Stone Creek tried to add an additional $495 worth in the said labor differences that the worker told me the day before he would take care of due to the mistake. When I called to inquire about this. I spoke with the receptionist, Tammy and explained what we agreed upon per taking my deposit is not in accord with the new estimate. She was trying to stick those mistakes on me. I explained that since I was told one thing I wanted them to honor it. She said she would need to speak with her boss and get back to me. Hours went by with no reply so I called back only to be told they were not going to wave those charges for their mistake and Tammy said you’ll get your deposit back and then hung up before I coup seven say anything to reply. So not only is this business conducting in shady behavior. They wasted not one, but two of my days that I took off and planned for plumbing work by them for schedules they broke and the plumber clearly has no clue what’s even going on to do proper work any how. Do not let this company waste your time and wreck your peace because that’s the experience they left with me. They honestly don’t even deserve one star.

I called and left a message with them last night, telling them my water heater tray was full, pilot light wouldn't come back on, and I needed them to come ASAP. They texted me first thing this morning, said we're going to come this morning, we'll text you at 8:30 to let you know when. They texted me before 8:30 and told me they'd be here around 11. Jace came right at 11, found the crack in my tank, meaning I needed a new water heater. He said if I went and got one myself they could maybe install it today. I immediately bought one at Home Depot, brought it home, and 30 minutes later Moses and Josiah showed up and installed it, hauling away the old one. Took them about an hour. So from me calling them to having hot water again and starting the dishwasher just now, it was 20 hours. Pretty incredible. Thanks, gents! I'll tell folks I know about y'all whenever given the chance.
